週末の急なホテルの予約に悩んでいると
こちらのホテルが見つかったので
予約取れて助かりました。
こちらは、山形駅にも立地条件が
近く、歩いて数分の所に居酒屋が有り。
山交バスターミナルも、近くにあるので
便利です。

接客は非常に良かったです
ありがとうございました
立地、料金も言うことありません
ただ、エアコンが故障中のためスポットクーラーだったのですが結構やかましかったです
そのため窓を開けることができずロケーションゼロ
冷蔵庫は機能していないようでした

冷房設備の故障で、全館冷房が効かないため、廊下の窓は開放、部屋には窓に太いジャバラホースを外に出すタイプのスポットクーラーがあったが音がうるさくて眠れなかった。宿泊した日の最高気温は32度。故障の旨、事前に連絡がほしかった。
バスマットがバスタブのヘリではなく、フェイスタオルをかけるバーにかけてあった。
フェイスタオル、バスタオルは、カビ臭いで使う勇気がなかった。
タオル類ね色が濃紺だったので、清潔感のある白にしてほしかった。
フロントの対応してくれたかたは、感じがよかっただけに残念。

It was a smoking room, but it didn't smell like cigarettes and was very comfortable! Also, the towels were very fluffy, it was the first time I'd ever seen such fluffy towels!

Arrange 3 triple rooms, comfortable. However, the water temperature for showering was low on the first day, but it has improved after feedback. On snowy days, the air conditioning in the room is not on, so I always feel cold, but fortunately the quilt is warm.
