The hotel's hot springs are first-rate. The Zao Onsen water has a strong sulfur smell. After soaking, the skin is very smooth. Although there are some signs of age, the overall hygiene is good. The bed is comfortable and the sleep is very sweet. The air conditioner is no longer needed on the second night. The air is very fresh and cold. It is best to bring a thin coat or windbreaker at this time. Hong Kong people will feel a little cold. Dinner is a semi-buffet style with unique Yamagata characteristics. It is a good stay. Especially the Yamagata rice is delicious. I ate Yamagata beef and pork, teppanyaki and hot pot for two nights. It feels very good. After dinner, I walked 3 minutes to Lawson to buy ice cream. I was happy 😂 I went out for a walk in the morning. There are local restaurants, stores, liquor stores and coffee shops. The overall feeling is very comfortable

Great stay, hope to stay again on a snowy day, as many cable cars are not running in mid-May.

The bath was good. The service was polite. I could hear a lot of voices from the next room, which was the only thing that bothered me.

Live for skiing! The location is very good, very close to the mountain cable car station, and there is also a drying room attached. We had three dinners here. The food was different for each meal. It was already prepared on the table when we arrived at the restaurant. There was also a buffet bar so we didn't have to worry about not having enough to eat. There are two outdoor and two indoor hot springs, so it won't be crowded. After soaking, you can have a glass of Zao hot spring water! The small shop on the first floor sells souvenirs, and the counter staff are also very friendly~ However, the housekeeping can be improved. When I checked in on the first night, I found a wet tea bag in the tea set. I don’t know if it was left by the previous group of guests.

The hotel provides free pick-up and drop-off at Zao Onsen Station. The service is thoughtful. The room is clean and great.
