Rooms are spacious and the location is very near to the Yamagata station. A lot of amenities are provided in the reception area, and also there is 7/11 beside the hotel. Overall experience is very good.

The hotel is near the station, the lobby is on the 2nd floor, the room is not very big, the cleaning is not very clean, the bathroom smells like poop, there are leaves and socks of the previous guest on the floor, I seriously suspect that there is no vacuuming, the slippers in the room are reused, it feels very unhygienic, the only thing I appreciate is that the breakfast is very special, there are many hot foods, freshly cooked foods and fried foods, but after eating, the whole body is super smelly with the smell of oil smoke

Location was right behind the JR station, there is convenient store and supermarket next to it. We had a family room with 3 double beds and sofa bed and a massage chair, the massage chair was the best after a day in the snow.
2nd floor is the reception and the place to hang out with free drinks, u can buy your own food and hang out there, if I go to Yamagata, definitely with go to this hotel again.

A wheelchair user stayed with us.
We didn't use the shower, but we were relieved to find that there were no steps when using the toilet or brushing our teeth.
The breakfast was delicious and we wanted to eat it, but we passed on it this time.
I wish it was a little cheaper... Or that we could get taro potato stew as takeout.
We'll use it again!
