Perfect comfort, convenience, and luxury. The staff and supervisors are wonderfully friendly and welcoming. I’m so happy I chose this hotel — from now on, I’ll be here for every vacation, without a doubt. It felt more like home than my own house. The food is delicious, the bar is excellent, the pool and the view are incredible. The location is superb — clean, enjoyable, and an amazing experience overall. Very close to the marina and the town center.

I rarely write reviews, but this was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. We booked two rooms and opted for the deluxe double room. Upon arrival, we were horrified to find mold covering the bathroom and walls. The smell was overwhelming, making the room completely uninhabitable—especially since I have asthma and my friend has allergies. We immediately informed the hotel, but they refused a refund and instead offered an "upgrade" at an outrageous extra cost of 25,000 Turkish Liras for just one room. When we contacted *******, they were also unhelpful. The hotel eventually reduced the upgrade fee, but we still had to pay an extra 16,000 Liras for a different room, which also didn’t meet our expectations. Beyond the severe mold issue, the hotel was extremely dirty overall. The bathroom and wardrobe were covered in dust, and the bed linen felt uncomfortable and unclean. The hotel doesn’t clean the rooms unless specifically requested, and even then, the towels smelled musty. Desperate, we asked for cleaning supplies, but they only provided bleach, saying they had no sponges. The only decent aspect of this hotel was its location, but that didn’t make up for the terrible conditions. The staff seemed more interested in charging extra fees than ensuring a comfortable stay. Considering the high price, this hotel was a major disappointment. I would not recommend it to anyone.

First of all, we thought that this beautiful hotel, which we chose based on the photos, was the perfect place to experience and collect good memories. When we arrived, Bekir Bey greeted us first, showed us around the hotel and offered treats. Later, Otel employee fascinated us with Deniz Kolteyl and conversations. everything was perfect. We would like to thank Bekir Bey and İsmail Bey for everything. Endless thanks to Mr. Deniz for his efforts and help.

A brand new hotel opened less than 1 month. We booked for 2 nights but extended our stay for 5 nights. The room was beautiful & spacious with all comforts available. The manager Bakir & waitress for breakfast were most helpful & attentive to our needs. Breakfast was delicious. Less than 10 minute walk to bus station & Yalikavak marina. My favorite thing at the hotel was the pool area & amazing views from the terrace over the marina & Bay Area.
