I can say that it was the best decision I have ever made for my family. I was thinking of buying a summer house, but it's no longer necessary.

We had an incredible stay at Hapimag Sea Gardens resort during the Summer holidays. Initially there was an issue with the room we were staying in so we were moved very quickly. Due to my mobility issues we had requested a room on the ground or first floor which was provided and we were very happy with the sea / garden view. We had conjoining rooms for our children which worked very well. The rooms were clean and well stocked with water daily. The restaurant had a fantastic choice of food and great service. Tayfun and his team looked after us every meal. Due to food allergies I was very well looked after with fresh food made for me on request. The facilities were great and the golf buggy shuttles were a godsend in the heat and with my mobility issues. The children enjoyed the pool and we felt very safe allowing them to roam around the gardens on their own. All in all we were very happy with our stay and would definitely return again!

Rooms are not clean enough. Old conditions, foods served in restaurants is not good, perfect sea, water sports staff are not qualifed .

Our stay at the Hapimag Sea Garden was the best experience ever with my 2.5 year old daughter. She did not want to leave the resort. Had wonderful time and fun.it was absolutely stunning expreince.Our room was well design, clean, comfortable and with great shower. Quick and great service at all fronts: from being checked-in to checking out & everything in between. Staff in all part of the resort were motivated to give their best effort and effectively helpful with great attitude. I can't think of anything that could improve our stay. ...and we are already planning our next holiday.We can't wait to go back.

Biz 8 aylık bebeğimiz ile eylül ayında geldik. Öncelikler denizi ve doğası muhteşem bir otel, denizi öğleden sonra dalgalı ancak rahatsız edici değil. Yemek çeşitleri antalya otellerine göre az ancak lezzetli. Çalışanları güleryüzlü özellikle lavanta restaurantta çalışan Mustafa Kemal beye teşekkür ederiz. Odaların temizliği yeterli Olumsuz yönleri: Bebekli aileler için biraz zor bir otel yokuş yukarı çıkmak gerekiyor, şatıl servisi var ancak bebek arabası ile zorlanabilirsiniz. Yemek servisi sadece restaurant kısımda olduğu için her seferinde o yolu çıkmak gerekiyor. Sahil tarafında herhangi bir sneak bar ya da yemek alabileceğiniz bir bölüm yok, çocuklu aileler için bence gerekli olduğunu düşünüyorum Diğer koylara gitmek herhangi bir şatıl servisi yok, ya yürüyerek ya da arabanız ile gitmeniz lazım ( muhtemelen otelde konaklayanlar, devremülk tarafını kullanmasın diye planlanmış) İnstagram sayfasında kipy barda happy hour saati gösteriliyor. Biz otele gelmeden önce otele ait olduğunu düşünmüştük. Ancak devremülk tarafında olduğu için otelde konaklayanlar o barı kullanamıyor. ( bence otel sayfasında gösterilmemesi gerekir) Biz aldığımız tur şirketinde alacarte bir gün kullanabildiğimiz yazıyırdu. Otele geldiğimizde öle olmadığını o eskiden öle olduğunu belirttiler. Otel tarafından yine de ala carte verdiler (teşekkür ederiz) ancak istediğimiz ala carte kendimiz seçemedik. Doğa içinde tatil yapmak istiyorsanız, tercih edebilirsiniz

Payé 5330.- pour 4 personnes,. 2 adulte 2 enfants, agé de 3 ans et 1 ans, dû demander un lit, chambre n était pas près! L’ animations sont hyper nulles, les animateurs ne sont pas superbes dans leur rôle d'animateur, sauf Emirhan. S'il n'y avait pas ce garçon, tous les enfants s'ennuieraient. Il est hyper gentil. Sinon, dans sa globalité, il n'y a pas d'ambiance de vacances. Je dirais que c'est un hôtel pour personnes âgées, hyper calme, pour lire un livre. La cuisine est bonne, le personnel du restaurant très souriant, Emel est hyper gentille. Le soir, tu t'ennuies, il n'y a qu'un DJ, c'est tout, il n'y a pas d'animation de scène tous les jours. Et mon départ était à 17h30, on nous a dit qu'il fallait venir à 15h pour enlever nos bracelets et que c'était payant. Je n'ai jamais vu une telle absurdité dans aucun hôtel. Vraiment des radins. Pourtant, j'avais payé mon séjour. Pour un hôtel en Turquie, la qualité est catastrophique. Il y a une autre plage à l'hôtel mais tout est payant et il n'y a pas de moyen de transport pour y aller! Sois disant tout est compris ultra! Très radin comme hotel!
