Hapimag Sea Garden Resort

Good afternoon! We were on holiday with my mother. The hotel is located approximately an hour's drive from Bodrum airport. It is located in a pristine lagoon among pine trees, rocks and stunning nature. The hotel (its two parts) is located in a cascade, there are asphalt paths, there are stairs, and there are also cars for transportation. The hotel is not small, there are quite a lot of people staying. But there is no crowding. Our room was in the first building - the closest to the sea. Questions immediately arose about the room, given the star rating (5 * hotel), it was too simple and shabby, with the exception of the bathroom, it was freshly renovated, but it only has a shower cabin to the floor, as well as strange doors to the toilet with a grate through which you can hear everything from the room. It pulls on 3-4 *. Our room had two single beds and for the first time in my life (I have stayed in sooo many different hotels around the world, including some very budget options) I couldn't sleep properly, the mattress was sagging in the middle and my body position was unnatural, my mother and I swapped beds - the same thing. My hopes of getting enough sleep during my vacation were dashed. I only got enough sleep on the last day, when I went to bed on the floor on the balcony. The waffle sheet is also a dubious thing (there are regular blankets in the closet, but you are initially offered to cover yourself with a waffle sheet). The beach towels also look very strange, they are completely worn out and very small, you need to take two. I didn't like the issue with plain water, it is in very small plastic bottles, so in the heat you consume a lot of water and a person produces a lot of plastic waste per day. About the food in the restaurant. There are a lot of vegetable dishes, the vegetables are of amazing quality, I don’t eat meat and can’t rate the meat dishes, but it seemed like there was plenty of them. Lots of different snacks, in general everything was the same every time. There was one day when all the food in the restaurant consisted of seafood only. It was great, I would like of course that all these dishes were divided into all the other days and that there would be more seafood every day and not just one. But every day there was some white fish in the assortment, one or two dishes and a way out was found. There were always different fruits, they were also good. I can’t say about sweets - there was a table with Turkish and regular ones. A HUGE minus of the restaurant is the lack of an additional coffee machine - there is one for a huge number of people. Even in small hotels there are two coffee machines so as not to torment people in lines. There are always lines for it in the morning. Just like the queues for the omelette, the morning menu did not have scrambled eggs to help yourself, you could only find boiled eggs. There are also no juice tanks. To drink juice, you need to call out to the waiter who is most often busy setting and cleaning tables and ask them to bring it to you) I have never seen anything like this before)) Among the positive features - the hotel has a fairly good and spacious hall, you can have a full workout for any muscle group. Nice and air-conditioned. Also a huge bonus is that when the winds are strong on the beach where the hotel is located, you can go to another part of the peninsula where Hapimag village is located and there is a quiet bay where there will be no such wind, it is also beautiful there. I can't say anything about entertainment, we weren't interested in it, but the bar on the beach played very nice and high-quality music, the hotel crowd was very civilized, pleasant and calm, there wasn't a single negative situation during the entire vacation. Overall rating - the hotel is not bad, its main advantage is its nature. If you expect to see 5* standing next to the name of the usual high-quality and pleasant decoration in the room, this will not happen, nor will there be any delicacies in food. But here you will enjoy nature, air, a clean and isolated beach with clean water.

Otel güzel, doğa ile iç içe. Odalar temiz. Arazisi engebeli olduğu için küçük çocuklu aileler biraz zorluk çekebilir. Otel ultra herşey dahil olmasına rağmen imkanları bayağı kısıtlı. Personeller kibar ama bayağı yorgun gibiler. Yemeklerin lezzeti zayıftı. Otelde bayağı sıkıldık. Eğlence etkinlikleri çok vasat. Deniz genelde dalgalı. bir daha tercih eder miyiz? Sanmıyorum.

Ich war etwas voreingenommen, da die Bewertungen und die Infos Über Hapimag nicht so glänzend waren. Aber was soll ich sagen einfach nur ein kleine Peace Oase. Weit weg von unnötiger Materialien, Musik und vorallem clever und naturbewusst konzepiert. Ich finde es herausragen wie man die Natur so belässt wie sie ist und trotzdem ein bisschen Luxus integriert hat. Zudem ist das Essen genau auf den Punkt - nicht zu viel in Massen und die Qualität stimmt vielseitig wobei Augenmerk immer wieder auf landestypischen Gerichten liegt. Herausragend ist auch die Freundlichkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft und das Lösungsoriente Handeln. Ein Mega Juwel ist Nehir - ist diese junge Dame an ihrer Seite ist nichts unerreichbar. Sie leistet eine sehr gute Balance zwischen Gästen und dem Hotel und ist mehr als nur Personal. Es ist echt ein schönes Erlebnis gewesen und wir werden nicht zuletzt da gewesen sein. Ich konnte alle Postive Erfahrungen und die Entspannung die wir hatten NICHT beschrieben. Wer hier ein typisches All In Hotel erwartet muss ein anderes Zielhotel wählen den hier wird Nachhaltig gehandelt und vorallem in diesem Rahmen Chic gedacht. Vom Cold Coffe bis hin zum Wein & Raki alles sehr gute Qualität und Fein. Auch das Restaurant in mini Bodrum ist zu empfehlen mit toller guten Küche - hier haben wir ein tolle Überraschung zu meinem Geburstag erhalten. Unser Kind war immer willkommen und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Grün, Wiesen, Bäume toll. Am Strand und am Pool ist die Musik sehr angehem. Die Handtücher waren immer sauber und gut für die Liegen. Wir hatten immer netten smalltalk und die Wege sind defintiv überwiedbar auch mit Buggy und Kind. Alle geben stehts ihr bestes. Tisch und Liege waren immer frei und zu finden. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und werden - alle die kleinen Ecken die zur Entspannten Reise einladen- noch einmalig erleben wollen. Danke Nehir Hanım. Temmuz ayı sonunda 1 hafta süre ile konaklama gerçekleştirdik. Güler yüzlü çalışanları dışında maalesef memnun kalmadığımız çok fazla şey oldu. Rezervasyon sırasında annemin 80 yaşın üzerinde olduğunu ve zor yürüdüğünü özellikle belirtmemize rağmen otelin kendisi için uygun olduğu belirtildi ancak gittiğimizde hiç de uygun olmadığını gördük ve maalesef yaşadık. Annem için tekerlekli sandalye ricamız üzerine tekerlekli sandalye kalmadığını ***et rahat belirtebildiler ve ısrarcı olmasak bulmak için hiçbir çabaya girmeyeceklerdi. Bütün bunların üzerine sahildeki cafeye giden yoldaki taşların arasında yol çöküntüleri oluştuğu için annemin ayağı takılıp düştü ve üzücü bir kaza atlattı. Otelin revirine götürdük, hemşire doktorun görmesini isteyip istemediğimizi sordu. Tabii ki doktor talep ederiz dedik. Dışarıdan doktor talep edildi ve muayene sonunda doktora yapacağımız ödeme ile ilgili süreçte belirtilenler gerçekten ilginçti, sanırım otel yönetimi kazanın kayıtlara geçmesini istemedi. Yaşadığımız üzücü kaza sonunda ne otel yönetiminden ne de misafir ilişkilerinden kimse bırakın bir ihtiyacınız var mı sorusunu sormak için geçmiş olsun demek için dahi aramadı. Annem düştüğü için akşam yemeğinde restauranta gidemeyeceğini belirterek odaya yemek talebinde bulunduk. Bu talebimiz dahi o kadar zor kabul edildi ki duyarlılık, empati konusunda tüm otel yönetiminin gerçekten bir hatırlatma yapmaya ihtiyaçları var. Özetlemek gerekirse yaşadıklarımız bizim için tatil değil maalesef kötü bir deneyim olarak aklımızda kaldı. Kesinlikle tekrar tercih etmeyeceğimize eminim.
