Заселилась на 1 день в гостинице "Соната". Открылись на днях, захотелось отдохнуть от домашней суеты. Номер был улучшенный с 2х спальной кроватью, очень комфортный матрас, свежее постельное белье отличного качества, спала как младенец. Завтрак супер, входит в стоимость номера. Всем советую!

Просто не оставайтесь в этой гостинице, если у вас есть выбор. Почему? Это самые неудобные, твердые, отвратительные матрасы в моей жизни. В богом забытых региональных детских лагерях спать приятнее. После перелета из Москвы и целого рабочего дня, я не смогла уснуть на этой кровати. Помог ли персонал отеля решить эту проблему? — нет. Выразил ли персонал сочувствие? — нет. Сделал ли персонал хоть что-то, чтобы этого отзыва здесь не было — нет. Я уже 4 года работаю с индустрии гостеприимства и мне недоступно, как в ситуации, когда человек в 5 утра плачет на ресепшен можно ничего не сделать. Мне только дали одеяло (одно) после того как я его попросила. Если что, это не решает проблему. Если вам ок спать на полу или на камнях, то вам понравится. В иных случаях, просто не стоит. Сам номер достаточно старый и небольшой, со скрипом открывается окно, царапая подоконник, туалет после смыва еще 5 минут оглушающе шипит, душевая кабина из 2010. Нет никаких гигиенических принадлежностей, кроме кусочка мыла, более того они продаются внизу. В душе прикреплены гель для душа и шампунь. В целом, все было бы ок и можно было бы перетерпеть все, если бы не эта кровать, это реально ужасно. В 5 утра я звонила в 17 отелей Якутска, нигде трубку не взяли, а в Азимуте не было свободных номеров на заезд в 5 утра. Завтраки стоят доплаты 1000 рублей, без них 4000, с ними 5000 (как раз мой тариф). Завтрак скудный, глазунья, сыр и колбаса (одного вида) безвкусные помидоры, огурцы, какой-то пережаренный омлет, блины и хлопья с молоком. Выбор крайне маленький, за 1000 рублей ты такого не ожидаешь. А из напитков морс, чай и американо. Но тут можно выделить единственный плюс: девочки официантки отличные и приятные. Самое неприятное: никакой эмпатии от сотрудников отеля. Никаких предложений что либо сделать. Когда человек третий раз приходит на ресепшен и просит хоть что-то сделать, ну просто по человечески стоит проявить какие-то эмоции. Почему бы не предложить хотя бы какой-то комплемент, если вы не можете решить проблему. При этом отель полностью забит, может поэтому персоналу безразличны гости. Моя рекомендация: выберите Азимут, переплатите 1400 рублей и у вас не будет болеть все тело от кровати, номер будет в 3 раза больше, чище, прекрасный персонал, бассейн, тренажерный зал, нормальный завтрак. Просто выберите Азимут
