Hotel "Lena" is located in the very center of the city. The rooms are clean, cleaning is timely. Friendly staff. I have stayed at this hotel several times (convenient location). But there is a problem with breakfasts. At first there was a buffet, the simplest set of products and not the best quality. When checking in in June 2023, the receptionist announced to me that she had a new chef and excellent breakfasts. And indeed, the breakfast was wonderful, very tasty and varied. I was very happy about this!!! But already in August 2023, the breakfast was much worse than in June (apparently they changed the chef). For myself, I decided that I would no longer stay at "Lena" and in February 2024 I rented a room at "Sterkh" (this is the neighboring building). Imagine my indignation that breakfasts are held at the Lena Hotel (renovations are underway at "Sterkh"). The situation with breakfasts has become even worse than it was in August. For the fifth day in a row they have been serving rice porridge, fried potatoes in rancid oil and alternating nageets with sausage. Instant coffee. I don't understand what the administration of the Lena Hotel is looking at??? They are losing guests because of disgusting breakfasts!!!
