the hotel upgraded the room for us. the service is very good. All the staff are generous. they will drive us from the main block to our house which we live in a different building. The room is clean. The dinner and breakfast are also delicious. I will book this hotel next time when I go yakushima.

Although the location is far from the port, there is a reason why it is located halfway up the mountain at the southern tip of Yakushima. It boasts a beautiful view overlooking the vast sea and the mountains behind. The stars are incredibly visible at night.

The pool water is cold, but the sun is shining so there is no problem. Due to the nature of the island, there are mosquitoes.

An amazing service, reception are super helpful, rooms are luxurious, modern and ultimately clean. Great poo, great spa, dinner at the Michelin restaurant was fantastic.
