It's nice that they clean the room while I'm out, but I don't like the fact that they leave me a half-baked new bathrobe.
And the name of the room representative keeps changing. I wonder why that is?
Now it seems that the nice extra thoughtfulness they showed before COVID is only for inbound customers. It was very sad.

This is the third time I have stayed here. It is the best hotel on Yakushima. I highly recommend it in terms of food, service, rooms and environment. You must stay in a hotel when you come to the island.

the hotel upgraded the room for us. the service is very good. All the staff are generous. they will drive us from the main block to our house which we live in a different building. The room is clean. The dinner and breakfast are also delicious. I will book this hotel next time when I go yakushima.

Although the location is far from the port, there is a reason why it is located halfway up the mountain at the southern tip of Yakushima. It boasts a beautiful view overlooking the vast sea and the mountains behind. The stars are incredibly visible at night.
Not to mention the service. It's best.
The pool water is cold, but the sun is shining so there is no problem. Due to the nature of the island, there are mosquitoes.
Both breakfast and dinner were delicious. The best I would definitely visit again

Highly recommend! You won’t be disappointed!
Incredible place! The hotel staff were amazing, very friendly and on point. They didn’t miss a beat. They helped us arrange a rental car through their property, dinners, and hiking tours. They have a spa on site which is great. We were lucky enough to get sunshine both day we were there but had we been “rained in” it’s a perfect place to lounge and relax. We had the smaller room and this room was NOT small at all! Highly recommend!!!!

訪問する前からメールで色々相談にのって頂き素晴らしいホテルだなぁと思っていましたが実際は想像以上でした。
空港から出ると今回お世話になったバトラーさんがアルファードで迎えに来てくれており海外の五つ星ホテルのよう。
素晴らしい食事を活かすワインのペアリング、ホテル専属ガイドさんとのトレッキング、トレッキング前後2日間で考えて頂いたスパメニュー、全て完璧でした。
また敷地内を歩いているとガーデン担当の方が花や木のことを色々と教えてくれ、スタッフの皆さんでこのホテルを作っていることが伝わってきました。
帰ってすぐに次回の予約をさせて頂きました。
