Overall satisfaction is high. The facilities were clean and comfortable. There were some parts that were not cleaned well (there was a lot of garbage in the washing machine filter. The bathroom sash was moldy.), but it was comfortable.
However, the telephone service was terrible. I wanted to give it one star just for this experience. I didn't know how to check in, and on the Trip hotel page it said, "Please contact the accommodation for check-in." So I called and asked about check-in, and the first thing they said was, "The check-in method is written in the email after booking. Haven't you seen it?" I mistakenly asked how to check in, but before hanging up the phone, they pointed out again that it should be an automated email and that I should look carefully. I felt terrible. There was no indication on the booking site that the check-in method would be sent by email, and even though the guest was having trouble and asking, they repeatedly insisted that the guest was wrong and at fault, and I felt disappointed that they had to be told that much. There seem to be several other hotels in the chain, but I never want to stay there again.
