Сын еще находится на спортивных сборах в Волене. Самая большая проблема здесь питание! Оно отвратительное, про вкус я вообще не говорю. Но у детей просто нет горячей пищи: холодная каша, холодные макароны, суп. Как такое возможно? На жалобы тренеров администрация никак не реагирует. Всем плевать(( За две недели никаких изменений. Значит для них это норма! Летом из фруктов дают только битые яблоки. Мы разочарованы таким сервисом. Наша ошибка была в том, что не читали отзывы за прошлые года. Никому не советую выбирать Волен для сборов. Дети вместо хорошей спортивной формы только растеряют тут здоровье!

Номера хорошие, Уборка на 2. Ресторан хороший, сервис на 2 Завтрак поздний с 9 до 11. Обслуживание на 2, ассортимент на 3, постоянно чего-то не хватает. То тарелок, то вилок. Ужин занял 2 часа. Ожидание около 1 часа. Переехали в люкс- ночью замерзли. Склоны хороши. Лучше работать с 8 утра, а не с 10. Есть happy hours, но о них не говорят. До 11 -50% скидка на подъем, после 17 тоже -50% скидка на подъем. Крайняя левая трасса самая длинная. Но ее редко включают.

Приезжали на 2 дня с подругой и ребёнком, достался замечательный номер с большим балконом. В номере чисто, полотенца/тапочки/фен/холодильник, убирались каждый день. Персонал очень вежливый и дружелюбный. Парковка для проживающих бесплатная и так же бесплатна игровая комната для детей.
