以呢個價錢不能要求過高，整體OK,前往燒津魚市場只需10分鐘，選擇此酒店原因方便前往機場只需30分鐘

必須要給最高的評價，酒店溫泉免費泡、免費早餐很豐富，好過連鎖東橫酒店很多。
免費泊車，日本的酒店泊車費一天1000円，只有這家是免費。
有免費護膚品，每天還有2張免費面膜。
而且單人床每張有1.3米。
前台很禮貌，在靜岡住了3間酒店，這間酒店的工作人員最禮貌。
開車去靜岡機場30分鐘，位置一下高速就到了。
對面就是漁市場，吃飯也方便，很多烤肉店、拉麵店。
便利店很多，最開心的就是有一問名字叫富士的大超市。

■ロケーション
焼津インターすぐ。本来であれば自動車ユーザーには良いロケーションだが、敷地内駐車場が狭く遠くの駐車場まで歩かされる。しかも、大型トラックの走る大通り沿いを歩かされるので、非常に怖い。
■清潔度
施設は古いが、価格相応といったところ。大浴場は大きくはないが、温泉であり、湯の循環が活発。
■サービス
フロント員は可もなく不可もなく。朝食のクオリティが高いのはプラス要因。
■施設
ビジネス利用に特化しているのは、さすがルートインと言える。ナイトウェアは上下セパレートで、前開きのため体格を選ばない。ティッシュも長方形の箱形で量も多い。連泊のアメニティは紙スリッパから、ティッシュ、トイレットペーパーまで補充してくれる（ハタゴインには見習って欲しい）
■その他
建築関係の方の長期滞在が多く、ｺｲﾝﾗﾝﾄﾞﾘｰが込み合うのがマイナスポイント。洗濯機の台数を増やして欲しいところ。
