■ロケーション 焼津インターすぐ。本来であれば自動車ユーザーには良いロケーションだが、敷地内駐車場が狭く遠くの駐車場まで歩かされる。しかも、大型トラックの走る大通り沿いを歩かされるので、非常に怖い。 ■清潔度 施設は古いが、価格相応といったところ。大浴場は大きくはないが、温泉であり、湯の循環が活発。 ■サービス フロント員は可もなく不可もなく。朝食のクオリティが高いのはプラス要因。 ■施設 ビジネス利用に特化しているのは、さすがルートインと言える。ナイトウェアは上下セパレートで、前開きのため体格を選ばない。ティッシュも長方形の箱形で量も多い。連泊のアメニティは紙スリッパから、ティッシュ、トイレットペーパーまで補充してくれる（ハタゴインには見習って欲しい） ■その他 建築関係の方の長期滞在が多く、ｺｲﾝﾗﾝﾄﾞﾘｰが込み合うのがマイナスポイント。洗濯機の台数を増やして欲しいところ。

It is a chain of business hotels, and the facilities are not much different from other Route Inns. I stayed there on the first day of a three-day weekend, so it was very crowded and there was a line when I checked in in the evening. I was lucky to be able to park my car in the last parking spot in the flat parking lot, but the entrance to the hotel parking lot was lined with cars. When I asked the front desk, they said that if the flat parking lot was full, there was a multi-story parking lot, but there was no attendant at the multi-story parking lot, so how do I park? The cars were lined up, so it was difficult to come to the front desk to ask. If you can't get into the flat parking lot or the multi-story parking lot, you'll have to go to the second parking lot, which is quite far away on the main road. I couldn't find out until I came to the front desk to check. Since there is a multi-story parking lot, I think they should have an attendant there during busy times. I decided not to drive to dinner or go shopping, and instead went to a nearby ramen restaurant and convenience store. (I realized after shopping that there was a supermarket behind the convenience store).
