説一下我滿意的地方：外設選的還可以，用起來很容易適應，房間夠大，隔音還不錯，休息不會受影響，不像有些電競酒店隔壁打遊戲聽的一清二楚，前台妹妹響應很快，服務態度好。
再説一下不滿意的地方：房間牆體受潮沒有處理，部分抱枕等套子都是爛的，進房間的時候打掃不夠徹底，還找到了煙頭。熱水來的太慢，開五六分鐘都還是冷的，甚至一直出不來熱水，這個影響比較明顯。然後第一天去的時候鍵盤是壞的，耽擱了一些遊戲時間，説明平時的設備檢查維護還不到位，服務人員對外設的瞭解也還不夠，簡單溝通發現服務人員也並不會檢查機械鍵盤的問題。我一共定了兩天，中間那天打掃衞生也不是很徹底，電視旁邊桌子上的渣子沒有清掃。還有就是，作為電競酒店，一般都會收取按金，但是你們房間裏面放的那些零食是不是也太不用心了，建議好好研究一下創收部分，至於那個避孕套➕***的組合我覺得真的大可不必，我是第一次見有電競酒店搞這些的，總之就是還有很多提升空間吧，整體來説我還算是滿意的，畢竟雅安也沒幾家電競酒店，你們目前作為這個片區的排名第一，還是要做好服務體驗。
