We spent four nights here as part of a coach trip. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The food was excellent and all the staff without exception were friendly, helpful and polite. Our room was comfortable and clean. Our only criticism would be that the mattress needs replacing and the pillows. The views where amazing! Would definitely return.

We were disappointed with our recent stay at The Cliff following the excellent reviews on Trip Advisor. First impressions were not good - the sprawling hotel rather spoiled an otherwise stunning view over the estuary. The car park was very large but we struggled to find a space due to the appalling layout and subsequent poor parking. The landscaping was underwhelming, planters full of dead flowers outside the Point Bar did not leave a good impression. Due to daily weddings taking place over the weekend the hotel was very crowded and noisy which was not very relaxing. Our room was fine, the bed was very comfortable but I would have expected proper glasses in the room rather than plastic cups - disappointing. The shower was very good but the bathroom lacked any hooks to hang towels - the towel rail was not easily accessible. Breakfast was average. The spa was pleasant, but crowded with wedding guests. A swimming costume spin dryer would have been a useful addition to the changing room as there was nowhere to dry your costume in the bathroom, without causing puddles on the floor! The staff were very friendly and helpful- a credit to the hotel. A pretty average stay and I doubt we will return.

Intekhab He’s always polite , always cheerful & very helpful , always got a nice smile , The Point is always busy but he always takes care of us. Cocktails are delicious and food also excellent . Views are out of this world feels like you are on holiday all the time relaxed atmosphere visit at least once a week.

Restaurant was absolutely delicious with stunning views and reasonable prices with huge portions I would definitely come back! Food was amazing . Service a tad slow but they were busy! The views over the ocean are astounding I would be back in a heartbeat!

Definitely worth the drive. Lovely modern decor, friendly hotel with great outdoor seating to relax & enjoy amazing sea views & dolphins! We did have amazing weather for views, sunsets and beach days. Local golf links course good. Reception staff helpful & chatty, made us very welcome. Bailey in the breakfast restaurant was fab. Evening meals very tasty. Book spa & restaurant in advance. Spa small but nice. Highly recommend sea view room with balcony if you enjoy sitting out in the morning or evening -was clean & had all the basics with super comfy bed. Looking forward to returning, ideal for weekend break or longer as base for local area.

On balance - probably the best hotel we have ever stayed at. Location was simply stunning, overlooking the sea and inlet bay with breathtaking views from the restaurant, sea view rooms and the large bar veranda. The hotel internals are immaculate, clean and the staff professional and courteous. On arrival we had a free room upgrade to a suite with a wrap around balcony and hot tub - the best hotel room we have ever stayed in anywhere in the world. The restaurant food was lovely and buffet breakfast plentiful. If I had to be picky (and this is extremely picky) it would have been nice to have more welsh/local beers on dispense in the bar, but I had no complaints with the local Cardigan Lager. Our only regret was that we only booked 1 night here, but we will be going back and cannot wait.

Decided to go for a drink as it was recommended. On arrival it was stunning with beautiful views. Went to the bar and was very disappointed. Staff were not very friendly and we were told it was table service. So we sat down and we did not get any service!. Waiting at least 20 minutes, it wasn't busy but no one came. So we went to another hotel not much further a lot better and friendly.

We had a lovely overnight stay here for our wedding anniversary. Everything about this hotel was perfect. The room was beautiful with a amazing view , and the food in the restaurant was amazing. All this was topped off by the wonderful staff at reception who retrieved and kindly posted an item back to me that was accidentally left in our room. Perfect service on all levels.
