I wanted to make my Mother’s 85th birthday extra special and booking in at The Cliff Hotel was the right thing to do. The room had been upgraded, the staff were polite, friendly and professional and the food was excellent. As mum put It was our best stay ever! We would recommend The Cliff to everybody. We even saw the Sunset which was on mum’s bucket list! Plus the Happy Birthday brownies were an extra special touch. Thank you / Diolch yn Fawr to all the staff.

We had a lovely overnight stay here for our wedding anniversary. Everything about this hotel was perfect. The room was beautiful with a amazing view , and the food in the restaurant was amazing. All this was topped off by the wonderful staff at reception who retrieved and kindly posted an item back to me that was accidentally left in our room. Perfect service on all levels.

we went with Crosskeys travel, and from the moment we arrived on monday afternoon till we left on friday morning, we had a lovely time. the staff went out their way to help my wife in the wheelchair, and everyone we met were brilliant at their jobs, being so kind and friendly the food was plentiful and well cooked. both at breakfast and dinner at night. watching the sunset at night was spectacular the hotel was clean and tidy and the bedroom, was cleaned everyday, and the beds are comfortable. and the room was warm. the views out to the sea and along a walkway was good, and they had a ramp for the disabled, as well as steps. we didn't try the spa but we heard from others who used it and enjoyed the experience. all in all the best hotel we have stayed in, and hope Crosskeys go back again as we will go again. nothing was a bother to all staff we spoke to and they all worked hard, especially at dinner time. the bar prices were good as well, no complaints from us thank you all at the hotel for making us welcome.

I booked a stay to celebrate a special birthday. We had a lovely sea view family room for three adults. The hotel was really nice and represents excellent value. I’ve stayed at more luxurious hotels but have paid a lot more for the pleasure. We had the dinner bed and breakfast deal and didn’t use all of the £30 dining credit as two courses were more than enough. The meal was really good and the service was very friendly. Drinks were reasonably priced and there was an excellent selection including great cocktails. We spent a lovely hour in the spa which was fairly quiet even at peak times. We lucked out with the weather and enjoyed a walk along the cliffs in the morning. I would highly recommend a stay at The Cliff.

Came here for a wedding and it was absolutely beautiful. The view was amazing of the coast and the food was lovely. The room we had was really nice and comfortable and couldn't fault the service

Beautiful, beautiful location and luxury hotel I cannot fault it. Make sure to book in to the spa and restaurant as they may book out but 1000% recommend for an affordable luxury hotel. Spa is lovely too. We had a Elemis massage it was wonderful. The spa is great and fancy and all the staff are welcoming and friendly.
