Very good stay experience, the surrounding environment of the hotel is good, very close to the high-speed rail station and Hou concentration school, the hotel's front desk is very patient, Xuzhou's food barbecue is also delicious, the hotel security is very good, after entering the elevator, you have to swipe your card to get to the room upstairs. The accommodation space is large, the facilities are complete, the front desk is also very warm and intimate, the beautiful sunrise was photographed in the hotel in the morning, and there is a special car transfer to Xuzhou East Station. It is really recommended to stay!

Service: The service is meticulous. When we arrived at the hotel late at night, there was a dedicated person in the parking lot to guide us to which building we should go to. There was someone at the front desk to help me with the registration. They also helped me take care of my children. They spoke softly and smiled, and were very kind. When we got to the room, we were greeted with fruits and When you arrive at the restaurant for snacks and breakfast, everyone is very enthusiastic and will guide you. Noodles and coffee will be delivered to your table if you want to talk. There were children, and they were always with them, and they also gave them puzzles, and they gave us glasses wipes when they saw they were wearing glasses. No one in the restaurant was idle, and they were actively taking care of everyone. After we left, the bellman helped us bring our luggage to the parking lot. field! I really want to give every waiter ten stars!
Facilities: The room is large and the bed is very comfortable! Pajamas, toiletries and children's slippers!
Environment: Built near the lake, the scenery is super beautiful and very quiet!

AAnonymous UserEvery time I go home during holidays, I will choose to stay in this hotel. Before check-in, the staff called me to confirm my check-in and asked me if I had any special requirements. After check-in, the room was thoughtfully sent with fruits and a handwritten note, which was very warm. The room has a washing machine, which is very convenient and suitable for a lazy person like me. The room aunt will also see me washing clothes and provide me with a clothes drying rack and laundry detergent, which is an unexpected surprise! The hotel front desk is equipped with a coffee machine, and the hotel's charity items are also free to use. I took some away when I left. Hahahaha, I have to say that the hotel really has everything. The lobby bar has free afternoon tea. The most important thing is that the staff also gave me a free tea coupon. Thinking about it, I really saved a lot of money. It is really worth the money. I have to stay at Platinum Cui when I go home in the future! Let me tell you secretly, the lady at the front desk of this hotel is also very beautiful~

I have stayed in this hotel few times a year and qnd wonder when the coffeer shop will be open for lunch and for diner. so far they open only open for breakfast (western and Chinese).Besides the Chinese restaurant second floor that is always empty, no decent restaurant close to the hotel, therefore bring your instant noodled with you.
Room service is available though, but do not be in a hurry, choice is not wide, and, your meal may take over an hour to come.....
This explain most likely why the hotel always rooms available.

CChunru LiWe spent in total of a week here in the same room. Overall a good experience and would recommend it. Very good location - just across the street from a metro station and easy to get around the city. There's a 24hr store downstairs and a coffee shop just a few meters away. Service was good - the ladies at the reception were helpful with sorting out online delivery packages and our requests for water refills. It should be noted that this hotel has a mixture of smoking and non-smoking rooms, so the smell of cigarettes kinda lingers a bit in the hallways and can be a bit offputting, but thankfully our room was okay. The facilities can be a bit old, there were unknown stains on the shower unit's floor that can't seem to be scrubbed off, and one of the lightbulbs in our room was a bit glitchy which was a bit concerning.
Two suggestions that we want to make are that (1) since the toilet's flush is not that strong, it makes more sense to have a toilet brush or something just in case; (2) it would be good to have more lights that can be manually controlled instead of everything being part of the central control system.
Other than these minor issues everything was great. The cleaning ladies were helpful, although at times a bit too diligent because we once had to reassure them at least 3 times that we didn't need cleaning service for that day. Laundry service was okay.

PPaijiubing』The service attitude of the restaurant's front desk is very average. The dining time of the restaurant on the card is 07:00-10:00. When I arrived at the restaurant around 09:40, the restaurant's front desk directly informed me that the dining time has passed and I cannot eat.
Putting aside the cold attitude, on the other hand, if it is the time specified by the hotel management, the time the guest sees on the private room card is inconsistent with the actual opening time of the restaurant.

FFGTRTDThe staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful and the location is perfect. It's near many restaurants and right by the lake. Unfortunately the pool and gym were closed due to covid restrictions and the dinner buffet is only available on weekends. However, the breakfast was phenomenal and room service was fairly easy to order.
I had a beautiful room with a beautiful view. Unfortunately, the glass is not one way glass which means if you want to enjoy the view with the curtains up then others can view you too.

GGuest UserThe hotel is on the East High-speed Railway Station. The environment is very good. You can see Jinlong Lake in the free upgrade room. There are also supermarkets and shopping malls nearby for ten minutes. It is quite delicious! The places recommended by the front desk lady yoyo are good. I really introduced us to the places to play nearby. I like it. I will stay at this hotel next time!

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the west exit of Xuzhou East Railway Station. It was very cold and rainy that night. The top wind was snowing at a little more than a little in the middle of the night. I felt that the home was very warm. The boss was very good. I was afraid that we would take the initiative to send us a duvet. The room is large and clean, the bed is super big, visually more than two meters wide!
