新酒店，到的也挺晚的，九點多吧那天也困收拾下就睡了，沒覺得特別好，也不覺得不好，感覺還不錯。下雨了前台倒也很細心，主動詢問是否需要雨傘。差勁的是早餐廳的阿姨太兇了，早上來不及吃飯想拿幾個雞蛋吃，拿了2個，阿姨大聲制止，語氣裏好像貪小便宜要拿多少雞蛋似的，我説我不吃飯我就拿點雞蛋吃，同事也一起在這住，在樓下等我，我就捎帶也給同事帶兩個，阿姨説你吃不吃也衹能拿兩個雞蛋，感覺很無語，幾毛錢一個的雞蛋而已，我那天入住的價格是192，還不值得拿幾個雞蛋…

Service: The service is meticulous. When we arrived at the hotel late at night, there was a dedicated person in the parking lot to guide us to which building we should go to. There was someone at the front desk to help me with the registration. They also helped me take care of my children. They spoke softly and smiled, and were very kind. When we got to the room, we were greeted with fruits and When you arrive at the restaurant for snacks and breakfast, everyone is very enthusiastic and will guide you. Noodles and coffee will be delivered to your table if you want to talk. There were children, and they were always with them, and they also gave them puzzles, and they gave us glasses wipes when they saw they were wearing glasses. No one in the restaurant was idle, and they were actively taking care of everyone. After we left, the bellman helped us bring our luggage to the parking lot. field! I really want to give every waiter ten stars!
Facilities: The room is large and the bed is very comfortable! Pajamas, toiletries and children's slippers!
Environment: Built near the lake, the scenery is super beautiful and very quiet!

LLelemamaA hotel that is randomly set on Trip.com , the advantage is that the service is warm, the location is excellent, and there are famous Jiaqing barbecue, Caiyunli in the southern suburbs, Huilongwo, and Hubu Mountain can be reached on foot. Robots deliver things and improve security. The underground parking is free and very friendly for self-driving trips.
Disadvantages, the hotel is facing the street, the car sound is very noisy, especially in the morning, affecting sleep. The indoor air conditioner is loud. I hope the hotel can strengthen sound insulation, reduce car noise, repair the air conditioner, let the room quiet down, and let the hotel go to the next floor.

CChunru LiWe spent in total of a week here in the same room. Overall a good experience and would recommend it. Very good location - just across the street from a metro station and easy to get around the city. There's a 24hr store downstairs and a coffee shop just a few meters away. Service was good - the ladies at the reception were helpful with sorting out online delivery packages and our requests for water refills. It should be noted that this hotel has a mixture of smoking and non-smoking rooms, so the smell of cigarettes kinda lingers a bit in the hallways and can be a bit offputting, but thankfully our room was okay. The facilities can be a bit old, there were unknown stains on the shower unit's floor that can't seem to be scrubbed off, and one of the lightbulbs in our room was a bit glitchy which was a bit concerning.
Two suggestions that we want to make are that (1) since the toilet's flush is not that strong, it makes more sense to have a toilet brush or something just in case; (2) it would be good to have more lights that can be manually controlled instead of everything being part of the central control system.
Other than these minor issues everything was great. The cleaning ladies were helpful, although at times a bit too diligent because we once had to reassure them at least 3 times that we didn't need cleaning service for that day. Laundry service was okay.

You can walk to the west entrance of Xuzhou East Station! It’s not a long walk to the east entrance of the station!

I have stayed in this hotel few times a year and qnd wonder when the coffeer shop will be open for lunch and for diner. so far they open only open for breakfast (western and Chinese).Besides the Chinese restaurant second floor that is always empty, no decent restaurant close to the hotel, therefore bring your instant noodled with you.
Room service is available though, but do not be in a hurry, choice is not wide, and, your meal may take over an hour to come.....
This explain most likely why the hotel always rooms available.

CCatherine HumeStaff are very ery friendly and helpful, the room is big and clean, equipped with kettle and cooking facilities, even a washing machine, although we didn't try the cooker or the washing machine. But the decorations are old and shabby, which is a shame. We would happily pay double if the wallpaper and the vanity unit is in a better condition. All in all, it is a good hotel, value for money and I will well recommend it.

OOtautahianThis hotel is just 8 minutes north of Xuzhou East Station, so it is far from the city center, but convenient if you are not staying long. My room was large and bright, and there are several convenience stores and restaurants downstairs.
There are actually several hotels in this building, and this hotel is on the 15th floor.
The staff were lovely - one of my wet plastic bags left a stain on the bathroom counter, and when I couldn't remove it by myself I informed reception and asked to use their cleaning products. The woman just smiled and told me not to worry 😊
