"The hotel is relatively far from the city, but it is only a 20-yuan taxi ride away. There is a super large shopping mall nearby, where you can buy everything you need. There is a shared electric car parking spot, or you can walk to Jinlonghu Station on Line 1. The bus is No. 70, which is very convenient for traveling to scenic spots. "I decided to go to Xuzhou temporarily. When I chose the hotel, I thought of Yixuan, who lived in Xuzhou. I didn't expect Xuzhou to have a newly opened store. I booked it decisively! "Worried about traffic jams near Hyatt, I booked a deluxe king-size bed room at Marriott near Yunlong Lake. When I checked in, the hotel was not full, so they upgraded us to a lake view room for free. It was at the end of the corridor, half mountain and half lake. There were welcome fruit biscuits and milk. It was my birthday on the day of check-out, and I was given a birthday cake when I checked in. I will choose this room next time I come to Xuzhou."

Service: The service is meticulous. When we arrived at the hotel late at night, there was a dedicated person in the parking lot to guide us to which building we should go to. There was someone at the front desk to help me with the registration. They also helped me take care of my children. They spoke softly and smiled, and were very kind. When we got to the room, we were greeted with fruits and When you arrive at the restaurant for snacks and breakfast, everyone is very enthusiastic and will guide you. Noodles and coffee will be delivered to your table if you want to talk. There were children, and they were always with them, and they also gave them puzzles, and they gave us glasses wipes when they saw they were wearing glasses. No one in the restaurant was idle, and they were actively taking care of everyone. After we left, the bellman helped us bring our luggage to the parking lot. field! I really want to give every waiter ten stars!
Facilities: The room is large and the bed is very comfortable! Pajamas, toiletries and children's slippers!

JJinjiancengyueI have lowered my expectations for the room during the National Day trip. As long as it is clean and can sleep peacefully for a night, it will be fine. When we first entered the room, although it was not big, the cleanliness was acceptable. However, we never expected that there were a lot of ants in our room, on the table and on the wall (Pictures 1, 2, and 3). The next day I saw my mother and she said she had been bitten several times by small bugs (Pictures 4 and 5). The second problem is that the sound insulation of the room is so poor that closing other rooms is like closing the door of our room.

You can hear the active greeting and warm smile everywhere.～～ Booked a two-bedroom and two-bathroom family room, which is very suitable for an adult family of three. Their separate bathroom is really convenient. The middle door is convenient and it is convenient to take care of each other. ～～ The breakfast is really rich, the supplement is timely, and the local characteristics and freshly ground coffee are also very convenient. The dryer is very powerful! You can put a note on the washing machine and wait for the staff to send it to the room after washing, but it feels good to wash clothes like fitness next to it. CChunru LiWe spent in total of a week here in the same room. Overall a good experience and would recommend it. Very good location - just across the street from a metro station and easy to get around the city. There's a 24hr store downstairs and a coffee shop just a few meters away. Service was good - the ladies at the reception were helpful with sorting out online delivery packages and our requests for water refills. It should be noted that this hotel has a mixture of smoking and non-smoking rooms, so the smell of cigarettes kinda lingers a bit in the hallways and can be a bit offputting, but thankfully our room was okay. The facilities can be a bit old, there were unknown stains on the shower unit's floor that can't seem to be scrubbed off, and one of the lightbulbs in our room was a bit glitchy which was a bit concerning.
Two suggestions that we want to make are that (1) since the toilet's flush is not that strong, it makes more sense to have a toilet brush or something just in case; (2) it would be good to have more lights that can be manually controlled instead of everything being part of the central control system.
Other than these minor issues everything was great. The cleaning ladies were helpful, although at times a bit too diligent because we once had to reassure them at least 3 times that we didn't need cleaning service for that day. Laundry service was okay.

OOtautahianThis hotel is just 8 minutes north of Xuzhou East Station, so it is far from the city center, but convenient if you are not staying long. My room was large and bright, and there are several convenience stores and restaurants downstairs.
There are actually several hotels in this building, and this hotel is on the 15th floor.
The staff were lovely - one of my wet plastic bags left a stain on the bathroom counter, and when I couldn't remove it by myself I informed reception and asked to use their cleaning products. The woman just smiled and told me not to worry 😊

CCatherine HumeStaff are very ery friendly and helpful, the room is big and clean, equipped with kettle and cooking facilities, even a washing machine, although we didn't try the cooker or the washing machine. But the decorations are old and shabby, which is a shame. We would happily pay double if the wallpaper and the vanity unit is in a better condition. All in all, it is a good hotel, value for money and I will well recommend it.
