這次在酒店連住了20多天，花費4000多元，原本對環境和設施還算滿意。但29號深夜房間突然斷電，我在凌晨5點左右致電前台，提出想先換個房間臨時休息一上午，結果卻遇到了相當不愉快的經歷。 前台只是一個普通的服務崗位，按理説給客人臨時換房休息並不是很複雜的事，尤其是因房間斷電造成的不便，酒店應當盡力解決。可值班前台卻表現得非常推諉，一會兒説要給我升級影音房，卻完全沒考慮到我實際上衹需要一個安靜房間來寫稿子，根本用不到那些影音設備。接着又説“要麼你白天先出去，等阿姨打掃完再回來”，但我住酒店正是為了工作寫稿，出門沒任何意義。 當時我已多次説明需求，可她依然強調“週末阿姨工作量大”“再多開一間房還要打掃”等等，顯得非常勉強。後來我衹好親自下樓溝通，最終才給我開了間房，但過程中她一直語氣生硬，好像是我在給她添麻煩。而當我實在太困，打電話再確認是否可以躺床上休息時，她又不客氣地説“不是早就告訴你可以睡嗎”，語氣頗不耐煩。 相對來説，30號的前台就專業多了，態度也非常友好，形成了鮮明的對比。其實之前住的這段時間也不是沒遇到過其他不愉快，只是一直沒想評價。然而這次實在忍無可忍——前台只是服務人員，哪來那麼多條條框框來要求客人？對於一個住了20多天、花了4000多的顧客，這樣的服務水平確實令人失望。 希望酒店方面能注意到這個問題。前台作為第一線直接與客人接觸，如果缺乏應有的服務意識，會讓整個住宿體驗大打折扣。再好的房間、再好的環境，也抵不過一次糟糕的服務感受。

酒店的環境很好，枕頭，床墊都非常的舒適，睡眠質量很高，按摩椅也可以使用，體驗感很好。但是相對來説確實不是很隔音，酒店一些雜音也比較難以避免。總體來説真的很不錯。早餐的味道也比較好。交通也比較的方便。適合出行的時候了。

中國人不騙中國人，以下五星好評均為本人之言。首先，酒店衞生很好，不存在實際污垢，以下有部分圖片可證明。其次，酒店環境嘎嘎好，整體偏簡約時尚又不失風味。至於服務是非常到位，無論是辦理入住還是退房前台姐姐都能給到我們滿意的答覆。我們是來徐州旅遊的，中途有一天下了雨，向酒店前台借了傘，但由於我們的疏忽，導致雨傘在旅遊途中被他人偷竊，因此回酒店的路上我們真的是憂心忡忡。本着內疚的心，我們來到了酒店前台，説明情況並擺正我們自己負責賠償的態度後，前台姐姐表示瞭解，並詢問一下店長後，告知我們不用賠，我們懸着的心終究是放下了。最後，是酒店的細心程度我非常感動。因為我們訂的是兩晚，所以房間垃圾不可避免，但由於垃圾桶有些小，我 們便將垃圾放在地下。垃圾比較多，所以顯得房間格外凌亂，我們再三糾結後，還是不好意思讓酒店安排打掃。但在我們再回酒店時，發現房間被阿姨悉心打掃過，並且礦泉水和紙巾也重新添置了一份，還有我們的床上物品也被悉心整理過，真的是有勞阿姨了，我們對此表示感謝。於我們而言，徐州酒店千萬家，唯獨你好是獨家。
