這家酒店真的很棒！前台經理劉莉服務超級貼心，辦理入住和退房都超快，熱情又耐心，解答問題很詳細。交通方便極了，離地鐵站很近，周邊公交線路也多，去哪兒都方便。環境特別好，房間寬敞明亮，乾淨整潔，窗外景色也很美。餐飲選擇超豐富，有各種美食，口味也很好，早餐品種多到吃不完。Kelsi還主動提供了小童牙刷和拖鞋，提示掃停車券，服務真的很加分。性價比超高，下次還會來住！

這次選擇鉑瑞酒店，很不錯，環境很好，前台洪小姐房間安排滿意，明亮寬敞，床品舒適，還有露台，餐飲也可以，健身房設施齊全，期間大堂葛經理還回訪體驗，詢問是否有需要，讓人感到貼心，酒店活動挺多的，很不錯的一次入住體驗。

酒店的交通便利，環境很不錯，前台付薇熱情，大堂經理葛崇鵬服務很不錯，入住關懷回訪，房間幫忙升級，房間舒適寬敞，WiFi很好，有個大陽台，體驗很好，以後有機會還會再來！

酒店位於新城區，旁邊有個大龍湖，風景好，進門有大堂人員熱情打招呼，指引到前台辦理入住，因為節假日大堂有好多小遊戲可以玩，投壺，射箭，還有歡迎飲料和小吃，辦完入住禮賓部小鄭給指引到房間，介紹酒店的幾個餐廳位置，時間，還有其他活動，他們家房間比較大，還有一個陽台，推開陽台門可以看到一個美麗的小湖，天氣也比較涼爽，坐在陽台椅子上好愜意，早餐還不錯，見到的服務人員都比較熱情，都主動微笑點頭問候，入住期間大堂經理劉莉也幫忙解決問題，點贊[強]，退房時前台主動提醒掃停車碼，免停車費，總體來説比較滿意吧
