首先酒店服務非常周到，入住前管家就添加了微信，給我們免費升級了豪華湖景大床房，還給我們發了徐州遊玩攻略。入住後送了歡迎水果，因為正逢中秋節，還給我們送了一盒月餅。酒店的遊樂園和泳池小朋友都很喜歡，適合帶小朋友入住。

酒店太棒了，早餐特別豐富，各種特色小吃都能吃到，帶孩子泳泳超級開心，房間裏有浴缸。中秋節還送了精美的月餅，第二天去了遊樂園孩子玩了一上午，因為開元酒店讓我對徐州又增加了許多好感！
