出行前查找徐州酒店，看到這家酒店的評價很高，入住體驗確實服務很熱情、令人難忘，設施也比較全，家人去的温泉，很舒服。早餐也豐富。雖然看2015年開始營業，但是設施沒有陳舊的感覺，維護的很好。就是感覺入住時間短，還沒有完全體驗酒店的設施。再次感謝酒店的服務人員！

酒店環境非常優美，度假村裡麪可以休閑，還有温泉和游泳池。房間有陽台，外面美景如畫，酒店外面有好幾個景區可以玩！房間乾淨整潔，配備齊全，點心、水果很暖心！早餐豐盛，環境優雅！最關鍵的是，服務非常暖心，讓你感覺在度假村中的自己很尊重！

本想着離開徐州前來泡個温泉，結果到了去辦入住前台説温泉沒開，來之前幾小時我還特意打電話問了哪棟樓離温泉近，前台在電話裏都沒説一句温泉沒開！還問我説平台頁面沒有寫嗎？特意多在徐州留兩天就是為了來這泡温泉，結果過了清明温泉就維修剛剛關。少的0.5服務分就扣在這裏，如果能告知一下服務是一定會給5分的。
其餘的從禮賓到客房到餐廳到隨便遇見的服務員，服務都非常好！而且餐廳的菜也很好吃，我們吃了好幾頓，還覺得意猶未盡！
禮賓送行李不説還簡單介紹酒店環境，早餐廳服務員打電話詢問我們去不去吃早餐，馬上到點還一直等着我們，而且幫拿餐食，做咖啡，豆漿也是現打的那種。看見小孩還送拼圖。
正餐廳的服務員也是好，已經兩點了幫我們叫住廚師問能不能再炒菜，廚師二話不説給我們做菜。晚上還主動幫忙叫擺渡車送到主樓。每次來都給小孩拼圖或者小禮物。客房服務不光送來拖鞋牙具，還主動拿來床圍，馬桶套，眼鏡紙，梨水，小禮物！看我們晾衣服還主動把晾衣架放在了陽台幫我們把衣服掛好。
這一波操作真的贏麻了！攜程金鑽以上級別三年，住過麗思瑞吉喜來登洲際英迪格皇冠假日等等酒店，這一家是服務最好的，沒有之一！
也許下次沒有機會也會創造機會再來一次！
