這個酒店開業20年了吧，來過很多次，以前是徐州第一品牌，五星級酒店的頭牌。住着還不錯，這個價錢不算貴，畢竟靠着雲龍湖，也是很多人的選擇之一吧。有時間再來

房間安靜整潔寬敞 站在陽台上就可以直接看到雲龍湖。大堂前台服務態度極佳，由於當天到酒店辦理入住的時間較晚（23:00後）酒店人員還提前與我電話溝通了到店時間並在辦理入住的過程中指導了我具體的房間走向及早餐廳位置。自助早餐品類豐富多樣。總而言之，開元大酒店在徐州之旅（家庭出遊）方面是一個性價比極高的選擇！

設施：酒店設施很齊全，酒店有游泳池，房間有浴缸，還有免費送的親子樂園票，有小動物、遊樂設施很齊全，家庭出遊首選。
衞生：房間很整潔，也沒有味道。
環境：風景非常好，酒店對面就是雲龍湖，景色很優美，位置絕佳。
服務：酒店及前台服務很好，免費給升級了房間，早餐也非常豐富。
