超預期的兩天住宿，直接把好感拉滿！
連住兩晚完全沒住膩，房間第一眼就驚艷——面積特別寬敞，不會有絲毫壓抑感，而且衞生做得超到位，角落都乾乾淨淨，住得特別安心。裝修更是加分項，不是千篇一律的風格，處處透着藝術感，拍照發圈朋友都問在哪。
最要誇的是老闆，人特別好還熱情，有需求響應得特別快，完全沒有距離感。晚上窩在房間用大屏幕看電影直接封神，畫質音效都絕了，比在家還舒服！下次來這，這家絕對是首選！

地址位置真好，周邊離着户部山，回龍窩，文廟，蘇寧廣場都很近，晚上還能看夜景，房間乾淨，智能馬桶，雙床，4個人住沒問題，民宿小姐姐也特別熱情，會給你發推薦遊玩，徐州好吃的很多，總之還會再來的地方

我們4人本來想定酒店，但酒店雙床房太小且擁擠，價高。臨時找到這家民宿看評價很高抱着試試的心理，沒想到真是驚喜！！非常乾淨，地面都無任何痕跡！一次性用品也特別齊全，能想到的都有。最喜歡的還是這個超大投影儀！房東小姐姐也特別貼心，回覆及時，給我們發了很多攻略，還幫我們寄存了行李，非常熱心！周圍景點美食很多，也不需要打車，去遠的地方地鐵公交也方便！以後還會再來徐州！徐州人熱情好客，景點也都很棒！！總之這次出行很滿意！下次還會再定這家。完美😊

第二次入住了 衞生非常乾淨所有東西都是新的 小姐姐服務態度特別好 一次性用品和房間很多細節都很不錯 本來覺得這間房離電梯有個幾十米距離稍微有點遠，進屋後才發現衹有這個房間的窗景能看到市中心全貌，直對着蘇寧高樓，晚上很漂亮，適合拍夜景，很驚喜

這次來徐州訂的這家民宿太超出預期啦！位置超便利，步行幾分鐘就到地鐵站，出行吃飯很方便。房間乾淨整潔無異味，床品柔軟舒適，晚上安靜不吵鬧，睡得特別香。性價比真的超高，下次再來徐州玩還選這家。

帶孩子來徐州旅遊朋友推薦的這家，入住感受很乾凈整潔，像五星級酒店的商務間。房東很貼心，準備了掛燙機，轉換器，驅蚊液，小愛音箱，還有孩子看得書籍玩具，大人玩的撲克麻將。廚房有電陶爐碗筷，還有洗衣機洗衣液。房東也很熱情，介紹了很多徐州美食和攻略以及附近的餐館。位置在市中心，開窗户馬路對面就是蘇寧的高樓，去周圍的景點比較方便，有公交地鐵和共享單車。值得推薦！！！
