The hotel's front desk staff was warm and attentive, and the stay was excellent. The room was well-equipped, clean, and even had a small refrigerator. Free parking is available, and the location is convenient for dining and shopping. The breakfast was quite varied and featured local specialties. There's a gym and laundry facilities, and the value for money is excellent. If I have the chance to come back next time, I will definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended!

一般都不評價，這次必須給個差差差評，第一次住到這麼差的希爾頓歡朋，因為路過徐州停留一晚，選擇常住的品牌酒店，這次非常的差，酒店是剛開業的，剛到總枱給了第一個房間在2樓，走到走廊裝修的味道撲面而來，進入房間後味道更重，而且房間過道天花板都沒蓋上，還沒呆上5分鐘，裸露的皮膚就感覺非常的癢，馬上聯繫總枱，問有沒有空氣凈化器或者去除甲醛的機器什麼的？回覆都沒有。後來大堂經理幫忙換了房間，換到5樓房間，服務員過來提供服務時，告知2樓衞生才趕出來所以味道特重，5樓最早開出已經有一個多月了，相對好些。晚上回來，孩子進去洗澡，發現衞生間地面還有牙膏，且淋浴房味道很臭。建議大家不要入坑，不要去做人體甲醛機。順便提一下，餐廳早餐還行
