位置好，位於繁華的市中心，對面就是步行街1818夜市；
房間好，乾淨整潔，升級後的漢庭感覺很舒服；
服務好，無論前台還是樓層服務員，熱情熱心，出去時2樓服務員主動提醒帶雨傘☂️。
徐州人很熱情很真誠，確實感動了我。兩天的體驗很好！謝謝漢庭！謝謝徐州！

第一次遇到一進房間就能聞到腦油味的漢庭，雖然這是新裝修的漢庭，但是衞生標準真的讓人吃驚，枕頭很大味，服務人員解釋説枕頭不可能一客一換，不瞭解別的酒店如何做到沒有異味的，這不該是住客需要思考的問題，又換了枕頭還是一樣味道，説明整個布草間都是一樣串味的。第二天跟前台接待反映這種問題，前台衹會説那你應該叫她們換的，我告訴她換了還是有味道，並且指出來前台服務人員的衣裝也不那麼整潔，當我説大廳也沒有咖啡機時，她説所有的漢庭都沒有的，好吧可能我去過的其他城市的漢庭是假的，可能顧客的所有問題都是自己的問題，不知道加盟商如何培訓服務人員的，至少因為這裏讓我對徐州之行非常失望，直接取消了第二天的行程去了連雲港。
