此訂單延遲退房到1400點，1330吃完午飯回到酒店時發現門是開着的，裏面有位阿姨已經在打掃，實際並未辦理退房手續，也沒有接收到任何酒店的訊息與電話確認是否退房，個人物品也都還在房間，安全性與體驗感都極差！
