下午茶服務態度極差，本想去拍個照片三十秒就行 結果被那個頂着臭臉的服務員攔着不讓我拍説什麼有人預訂 我説了拍一個照就走還是沒排上，無語 花快兩千塊住一晚連個照片都沒拍上

住了兩個晚上，管家寶林的服務非常熱情，整體體驗下來十分舒適。很適合拍照打卡，房間內的小庭院也給人很安心的感覺，每天還有早茶送到房門口，也很暖心。對於想爬雲龍山的朋友，這家酒店也是挨着雲龍山的入口，非常適合外地朋友入住

非常好的一次出行體驗 酒店的設計、設施、服務都都是頂級的
設施：大到2m的大床、浴缸、雙洗手池，小到迷你吧、咖啡機、茶具，一應俱全。
服務：這次我們體驗了迎賓水果、早安茶、早餐、下午茶，可以説住店全程有管家一對一貼心服務，有任何需求工作人員都會盡力滿足。來的時候正趕上中秋節，酒店還提供了香包製作、雅集點茶、山間獨步等各式特色療愈課程，可以看出十分用心。這裏特別感謝管家寶林，還有一個戴眼鏡的小姑娘，為她們的服務質量點贊！
環境：酒店到處都禪意滿滿，新中式風格的專修讓人感覺很舒服，連食物都能跟酒店的整體風格融為一體。最喜歡房間自帶的小院子，雨後在裏面呼吸新鮮空氣，晚上有觀景燈，設計非常巧妙。

酒店服務相當的貼心，管家浩罡和程金服務的非常好，在不同平台定了兩天晚上，結果房型訂的不同，有些麻煩，管家非常速度的幫我解決了。晚上到房間很大意的把房卡掉到角落裡了，第二天才找到，管家能迅速給我提出解決方案，真的是高效，給我的旅途增加了温暖。酒店的景觀確實很棒，環境也很安靜。就是沒有體驗到課程，有些遺憾。下次來徐州還會再來。

難得在忙碌的生活中靜心下來，直到在雲東境小憩一晚。酒店設施很好，處處透着禪意，令人心生安靜。 晚上的水果，養生湯處處透着關心。 雲上餐廳jin菜品精緻，令人回味。 療愈師多才多藝，zao音波，冥想，點茶，香篆每樣活動都讓人有所收穫。服務人員人員熱情周到，管家浩罡、程金、寶林全程關心，想客人所想，急客人所急。 非常滿意的一次體驗。

酒店非常新 睡的也特別舒服 衞生特別棒 我們是晚上十二點多到的酒店管家艷梅、晨語和海珍服務都非常棒 辦理入住非常快 停車場車位也很充足24小時免費 入住時還送了浴包可以泡澡用 房間還有免費的minibar 酒店還帶有自主早飯非常的豐盛 房間空餘的情況下管家還幫忙升級了房型！而且酒店位置也非常優越 去哪都方便 炒雞滿意！！！
