酒店服務不好，房間設定一班班，沒有做到五星級的標準，早餐很是一班給五星級酒店的早餐差的很遠，總體來説五星級酒店，什麼都給五星級酒店不搭邊。

非常好的酒店 所有員工都很有善，還很巧的碰到了之前温泉酒店的前台黑黑。 唯一不方便的是飲食，希望開放廚房而不是衹有自助餐

住了兩天，酒店一般，除了房間大些沒有任何特色，酒店平時應該是以團隊為主，對散客不夠重視；打車去的，進酒店極其麻煩，出酒店也非常麻煩，平台上的電話6點後直接死機，沒有任何五鑽酒店的感覺和體驗。

性價比很高，涵田的品質一直值得信賴。但是一個不自然，酒店衞生間熱水太小，非常影響體驗；酒店很大，每走一段都有服務生幫拿行李，但感覺對徐州周邊情況不是很熟悉，也是酒店軟服務需要提升的一方面。
