First of all, Hilton Hotel is my first choice brand for travel! But I was really disappointed this time! 1: The elevator in the underground parking lot cannot go directly to the guest room and needs to transfer. 2: The room is very small, not 30 square meters as advertised, but actually only 25 square meters. The customer service replied that it was 30 square meters including the public area. I am drunk😵💫3: I booked two rooms, one of which had a broken window and the noise from the refrigerator affected my sleep. 4: The bathroom design is unreasonable, very small, and it is very cramped for fat and tall people! 4: There are very few fried dishes for breakfast and the pastries are hard. The above are my disappointments! I am sorry for the price of more than 300 yuan! I suggest you make a reasonable choice! The advantage is that the floor is high and the surrounding business district is okay! It was OK to eat local snacks

Had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room itself had plenty of amenities and was kept at a perfect temperature during the cold winter I stayed. Location was also perfect, very close to some of the best places in Xuzhou. Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.
