The front desk guy at the hotel was very friendly. I wanted to go out for some fun before winter, so I chose the only city in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai with heating. The hotel reservation was very smooth. When I arrived at the hotel, the front desk smiled and checked in attentively. They patiently answered questions about going out and gave us great suggestions for traveling in Xuzhou. Checking out was very fast. Although the front desk had handed over the shift, the care was still there. They were all very sincere and took the initiative to ask about my experience and opinions of the stay, making me feel at home. The service at the front desk left me with a deep impression. The service is comparable to five-star!!!
