This hotel gave me a great experience on this trip! The front desk checked in efficiently and upgraded my room type considerately. I could enjoy the first-line lake view of Xuzhou by opening the balcony door, which was really pleasant. The room was spacious and bright, clean and tidy, and I had a good night's sleep. I have to mention the hotel's gym, which has all the equipment, from spinning bikes to dumbbells, which can fully meet daily fitness needs. The swimming pool is clean and the water is not cold. Even if you are on a business trip, you can still keep up with your exercise plan. It is really friendly for people like us who have fitness habits! The breakfast provided by the hotel is rich and delicious, with a variety of buffet options. In short, highly recommended~

The hotel environment is very good. There is a commercial area around it. You can see it from the room. The slippers and hairdryer in the room are placed a little hidden. There is also a folding table. The room is a bit small, but the things are very complete. The front desk staff is very good. Checking in was a bit troublesome and required a signature. The customer service also called us to ask what time we would arrive and arranged a quieter room. I was very satisfied with my stay.

Business trip to Xuzhou with foreign colleagues, stayed in Hyatt, reception is very professional and kind, hotel has fantastic view, Breakfast was very good, the chefs made lots of fresh food (they even made homemade “油条”, looks tempting). The hotel is nice, the room was very comfortable and clean but it is getting a little old. You can spot many signs of wear and tear in places. However, if you are traveling through Xuzhou for work it is ideally situated right in front of the high speed train station which is very convenient but also a bit dull if you want to walk around at night to kill time as there is nothing around.

I made a reservation for a friend and stayed at Xuzhou Harbor Plaza Hotel many times. Everything is very good. The transportation is convenient, the environment is beautiful, and the surrounding restaurants are very convenient. The executive standard room is spacious and quiet, giving you a very good rest. A few suggestions. The air conditioning fan in the room is a bit loud when it is started, and the lighting in the room is a bit dim. I hope it can be improved appropriately.

The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful and the location is perfect. It's near many restaurants and right by the lake. Unfortunately the pool and gym were closed due to covid restrictions and the dinner buffet is only available on weekends. However, the breakfast was phenomenal and room service was fairly easy to order. I had a beautiful room with a beautiful view. Unfortunately, the glass is not one way glass which means if you want to enjoy the view with the curtains up then others can view you too.
