酒店大門口竟然沒有無障礙通道，晚上八九點也沒有保安，我跟老公把媽媽的輪椅手動抬上台階的，簡直了。房間隔音確實有點差。

房間更是無可挑剔。床鋪柔軟舒適，床品乾淨整潔，躺上去就像被雲朵包圍。房間內的設施一應俱全且品質優良，燈光温馨柔和，營造出愜意的氛圍。浴室乾淨清爽，熱水供應充足且水流穩定。
服務方面堪稱一流。前台工作人員熱情友好，辦理入住和退房手續高效迅速，還能耐心解答我們的問題。客房服務人員也總是能及時滿足需求，無論是額外的毛巾還是其他物品，都能迅速送到。

入住體驗很好，酒店整體風格非常喜歡，設備也比較齊全，有洗衣房，也有健身房，入住的房型很大，50多平，面積大住起來非常舒服，早餐品種很豐富，個人比較喜歡他家的五穀雜糧，果切也很新鮮，西瓜是那種好瓜，口感特別好，酒店有自己的停車場，旁邊就是中央商場，出行也很方便
