特意選擇節日過後來玩，人不多。酒店大堂很大，入住的手續很快，大堂沈經理提前聯繫我們，一切都很順利。客房的孫經理還送了歡迎飲品，房間內部整潔與舒適，有個陽台可以出去。酒店整體優雅簡潔，每一處細節都透露着品味與用心，在這樣的環境中住宿，無疑是一種享受，總的來説，這次入住體驗很愉快。

去鐵山寺玩，選擇了這個酒店，周圍空氣特別好，服務不錯，前台沈經理幫我們把東西都送到房間，我們住的房間就能看見天泉湖，風景很美，晚上這裏特別安靜。 酒店設施也不錯，該有的都有了，房間大床也挺舒服，晚上客房孫經理還幫忙做了夜床。 早上酒店的早餐品種蠻多，口味還不錯，小混沌很好吃。中午中餐也不錯，口味比較清淡很爽口。

房間設施很新，衞生間和浴室乾濕分離，床頭還有那種閃閃的落地燈，很漂亮。酒店風景很好，白天夜晚的景色也各有不同。如果睡醒的時間比較早，打開窗簾還可以看一下日出。酒店前台沈經理服務熱情，客房孫經理給我們送了飲品，還有小童洗漱用品，很貼心，下次有機會還會再來玩。

疫情前每年都會來，疫情後再次來，酒店服務還是超級好，幾個服務人員説話都超有禮貌，而且很貼心，特別是客房孫經理，服務特別棒。當我不小心落下了東西，前台沈經理還專門致電告知並幫忙寄回，很感謝。環境很棒，安靜，隨手一拍都是大片，特適合放空，室內環境很有設計感，門面裝潢很特別很讓人喜歡，房間內也讓人感覺温馨，來天泉湖永遠的選擇。

這裡有種世外桃源的感覺。距離盱眙一個小時車程，來到這個遠離鬧市的地方，山清水秀，空氣清新，但不失豪華氣質。大堂沈經理和客房孫經理服務熱情，公寓型的房間住一家人寬敞舒適，院子裏的打卡設施凸顯現代潮流，擺渡車很方便隨叫隨到，餐廳點餐、晚上自助餐隨意選擇。絕對的放鬆度假好去處。

非常棒的度假山莊，房間設施都很新的。而且我最喜歡的是靠窗的大床房，漂亮的浴缸，還有閃閃的地燈。餐廳早上是有自助餐的，品種很豐富。床很舒服，睡着不想起，衞生也很棒，可以發現房間各個地方都乾乾淨淨的，沈經理和客房孫經理服務很好。
