首先是房間的床有頭髮，説明是沒換床罩被套，枕頭放在飄窗上面，飄窗有灰塵，枕頭是沒有枕頭套的，枕頭上有明顯的污漬。窗簾灰塵多，拉上窗簾，鼻子立刻就有反應，不停打噴嚏。然後右手手掌居然過敏腫起來了。大兒子抱着被子一會，就覺得身體癢癢。不停的撓。服務兩星是給客服的，他在這麼晚的時候，還很有耐心的幫忙解決問題（儘管問題沒有解決）房間本來是很好的，就因為以上兩件事情，印象就大打折扣了。房間密碼是有規律可循的，很容易被猜中而把門打開。而且自己説設定了密碼，但還是簡單密碼就能開門，這樣子住户會很危險。如果碰到壞人，真的不敢想象。
