這家酒店是再次入住了，酒店比較新，很乾凈房間空間也合適，特別表揚：大堂、前台、房間、餐廳…、遇到的每位服務員都禮貌友好、服務到位、有求必應！買的胖東來的凍品，酒店可以幫忙拿到地庫去凍上，方便回家時帶走，對於我們這種會經常去許昌shopping的人來説，真是一個非常合適的休息站！大堂副經理劉倩倩對於我們入住後的體驗也很關注，感謝！如果非要提點意見幫助酒店進步的話，有2點可以改進：31號游泳的那天水質不是很好，不知道是常態，還是就那天才那樣，雖然我住過好多天，但是衹去了一次游泳；餐廳早餐都很滿意，31號的跨年飯點了幾個菜也非常滿意，元月1號再去點了差不多一樣的東西，但出品的水準感覺不像是學徒做的，這個有點小失望～好吧，希望酒店越來越好，，推薦哦～

超預期，服務超好，服務人員熱情周到，主動貼心。早餐有許昌特色，餐廳特別提示“早餐必吃”：菜膜,羊湯，胡辣湯，味道確實地道。迎賓飲料是大鍋燉的梨湯，服務人員主動給端上一杯熱乎乎的梨湯，心都暖了。下次去許昌還會選擇瑞貝卡芙蓉園酒店。
