非常滿意，有賓至如歸感。環境衞生好，房間精心佈置，走廊古色古香處處山水畫詩詞，房間有三國、歷史書籍。服務周到熱情細緻貼心，不管是客房服務、每天的面膜、糖水、水果，還是自助餐、點餐服務，每位工作人員都是設身處地為客人着想，做到你滿意為止。比如老太太不吃辣，專門做不辣的菜饃。老太太想吃麪片湯，專門給老太太做一份。服務好，環境好，位置距離曹魏古城、護城河近，旅遊出差首選酒店，還會再來。

許昌很好的酒店，多次入住，很有特色，一樓有古箏，服務人員也很熱情，前台工作人員安排房間很用心，提前聯繫詢問對房間朝向有沒有要求，入住後還會送到房間，還推薦了酒店附近好吃好玩的地方，感覺管理很完善，房間衞生乾淨，床品枕頭都很舒適，桌子上還有好看的書，房間清理也很及時，幫忙擦了行李箱，窗外就是河景，安靜又舒暢，酒店早餐還是很豐盛，麪、牛奶都有，還有特色的烙饃卷菜，味道不錯，是一家有温度的酒店，推薦入住。
