真的非常之差，一年要跑幾十個城市的一個人，説實話這個酒店設施不緊老、舊，而且前台服務態度非常差，先不説歡迎語，客人來了一直屁股都不抬一下，問個什麼事情，語氣強硬，好像是免費住宿一樣，還不如宣漢一些小的酒店。

城區最好的酒店了，硬件設施都可以，性價比比較高。購物吃飯也很方便，不挑剔沒毛病。衞生需加強，床品衞生到位了。但洗手枱淋浴間還需努力。

體驗感很差，以為是宣漢最好的酒店，結果房間很多細節都很差，第一是進去門也是對床，還有電視是反光的也對床，洗澡沒有護髮素，打電話送來了一瓶那種打掃衞生阿姨用過的，最後就是洗澡洗一半燈就滅了，那種恐怖感，我一個女生嚇死，吹風機吹一半也是壞的，就怎麼也打不開了，整體感覺就是恐怖，像**一樣～

房間設備老舊。空調沒有冷氣，衹有熱風。
服務很差。前台衹有一位員工，辦理入住和退房速度極慢。交按金衹能微信，付款寶預授權也沒有。
有浴缸，但是前台一次性浴缸套和泡澡的也沒有。不衞生。
總之很差，達不到四星級標準。
