環境超級棒，衞生超級棒，前台負責客房的領班很不好。入住時沒有登記我們的預訂，換成一層房間。也沒問題，沒有告知第二天早飯時間，我們九點二十到，是我們晚了，但和她説昨天你怎麼沒説一下呢。她態度非常不好：那我可沒辦法。一直説話就很不客氣，影響了出遊的心情。希望改進

還行吧鬧中取靜早餐就別指望了哈哈反正吃的飽服務態度還可以酒店沒有電梯行李如果是三樓房自己要拿上去哦酒店不大停車人不多還算方便吧我們是路過住一晚反正房間還算新在山頂開下去半小時有館子吃飯酒店的餐廳不建議哦

房間寬敞舒適，空氣極佳，接待人員服務意識優秀，住宿上遇到的小問題能及時解決。每天都收拾得很乾凈，就是平常要使用熱水需等上一段時間才能用上。飲食方面，餐廳就在一樓很方便，味道出品也很好。現在這個時間相對遊客少，早餐可以按需定製，想吃啥什麼口味都能做到。我們晚上都專門回來在餐廳訂餐，物材新鮮加上廚師烹飪功力深厚，家人們相當滿意。謝謝悠然為家人們留下的美好回憶。
