酒店的環境還是可以的，700多的價格在小縣城也算還比較好的酒吧。但酒店服務真的很一般。前台非常不專業。身份證全給他了反覆問我要。還説沒給他，我説我剛給過你了。開了兩間房他自己沒登記完就把身份證還給我們還要埋怨客人。一邊在辦理入住，旁邊有個人沒帶身份證要開麻將房，你解釋清楚就可以了。還不停催促這個人去找同伴拿身份證，人家説了出來旅遊沒帶身份證，非要喊人家拿同伴身份證。這人又不願意。不能辦理非要搭話，我忍無可忍説她不能辦，你先幫我辦，給我兩張，我們要先上去，她還沖我一句我們全季都是兩間房卡。。。我沒住過全季，真的無語，一個經濟型酒店而已。自己不專業，登記錯房間，還埋怨客户，讓客户反覆出示身份證。我説我把所有身份證都給你了，你剛還給我，你登記錯了是你的問題。然後她説這不要緊。。。旁邊開麻將房的身份證沒帶也可以入住，然後還不忘推薦早餐，我直接拒絕不需要。

停車免費，也方便停，但是得留意停車場的入口。服務態度還好，但是房間挺小的，而且智能化也沒跟上來了，體驗一般。

房間牆壁有多處黴點，導致鼻炎發作，皮膚起紅疹。第二天早餐的時候去餐廳吃早餐，連續拿了三個餐盤都是有食物碎屑的，明顯是前面有顧客用過沒來得及清洗或者是阿姨省事（餐廳阿姨目測年紀六十歲上下），直接用毛巾擦拭之後繼續放回取餐的地方重複使用。人流旺季也不能這樣不注重衞生細節，畢竟是連鎖品牌。之前出差出門大部分都是選擇全季，這次恩施之旅全季的衞生狀況真是讓人大跌眼鏡。
