民宿位於宣城經濟開發區，距敬亭山6公里，距城區8公里，開車比較方便，周邊環境舒適安靜綠色生態。衞生設施簡陋，除了洗澡其餘無熱水，燒水壺臟的無法用，沒有電視。入住非常麻煩，不到二點不能進樓裏，衹能在樓下等。連房門鑰匙都沒有，還好沒有帶貴重物品。服務態度差，竟然説你沒住過酒店啊，體驗差。
