It is a very tiny cottage. I think there are 6 rooms in total. The room is very well maintained, and the bathroom is very clean and modern. - Wi-Fi is good. - Room is huge - There is no bathtub, but hot water shower is available, - AC - Small kitchen - PET water - Many shelves - Mini fridge - Patio is huge but all the patios of 3 rooms on the ground level are combined. Once you are outside, there is no privacy. There is no elevator, if you stay on the upper floor, you have to carry your luggage. It is beachfront. We had dinner here for 2 nights (We asked the guesthouse in advance). The grilled fish that comes with avocado was super nice. I enjoyed the fish the most during my trip in Vietnam.
