Todo fue complicado, y me explico; 1. No respetaron las habitaciones contratadas, reservamos dos, una familiar y la segunda para discapacitados, nos dieron dos habitaciones normales hasta el final del hotel con solo dos camas y con tina, pretendían darnos una sola cama king size para dos adultos y dos niños 2. Habían goteras en las dos habitaciones 3. Los sanitarios estaban rotos 4. Habían arañas en los cuartos y nunca fumigaron 5. La actitud del personal terrible, cero servicio, ponían trabas en todo y no ayudaba ni atendían las solicitudes como lo de la fumigación. 6. Pedimos una silla de apoyo para el baño y la subieron llena de animales y sucia, la regresamos. 7. Prácticamente cero atención de meseros en la alberca 8. Lo único que estuvo bastante bien fue la comida, tanto del buffet como en los restaurantes de especialidades

Pregunta siempre por los horarios de los restaurantes,cuantos hay, en la comida hay de todo, animate en ir a caminar a la playa y aprovechar las albercas, asi como la disco que tienen, ya que fue un viaje de negocios, en un dia te recomiendo en ir temprano a la playa y disfrutarla y despues realizar las actividades cercas. en la noche tienes dos opciones la disco o el palenque.

This was a great vacation for my family. Beach was great with plenty of lounge chairs. Service, food and entertainment was fantastic.

The hotel has a nice location, great pool, and beach area. But the foods are not good, the restrictions are not accommodating to the guests, and room service options are poor. The floors are very slippery, a few guests in our family slipped and fell, the rooms have the same slippery floor and it has lots of humidity in the room.
