Staff was hit or miss. Has some really great service and some not so great service. The beach was beautiful and also open to the public. They advertise a beach club of which they charge you to sit at which I thought was odd considering I was a guest. The beach restaurants closed a 5:30pm. The continental breakfast was subpar. I tried the Salmon and Mahi Mahi for dinner and both dishes were excellent! Perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The road noise and neighboring party that went to 1am wasn’t ideal but I guess that’s what the ear plugs were for. The tents were as expected. It did get pretty humid in there. Given the price I felt the exchange was fair and I’d definitely book again.

It's always so nice to return here and see old friends. We love the ambiance, the food, the peacefulness & of course the serenity. Always have a relaxing time. The beach and club are close enough, and the short walk down the road isn't bad at all. The reviews that are negative in concern with children and noise of neighbors, etc., are a matter of getting what you get any given time. We've been fortunate enough to always be there in optimum circumstances...weather, insects, people...whatever. It also has to do with bringing your own positivity. We always enjoy ourselves, the wonderful staff and the beautiful property. Looking forward to our yearly visit. Hasta luego amigos !

Se fue la luz en la madrugada y el calor era insoportable, lo demás todo muy bien,las habitaciones bonitas y cómodas, para llegar a la playa hay que caminar un poco por un camino de terraceria, el espacio del club no es muy bonito, sin embargo cumple con lo básico. Mucho sargazo

Loin des grosses structures hôtelières de la région , Quiétude , relax et bien être. Pas bruyant niveau routé contrairement aux avis . Un peu de musique le soir sur la plage jusqu’à23h mais surtout bercé par le bruit de la brise du soir et de la mer . Absolument pas déçue malgré des avis négatifs .

Nach unser Mexiko Rundreise waren wir knappe 2 Tage in diesem Luxury Tented Camp. Man versteht hier Luxus schon ein bischen anders. Am 2 Tag waren von den 20 Speisen 10 nicht mehr verfügbar. Strandabschnitt der zum Camp gehört war über eine Straße zu erreichen. Der Strandabschnitt für die Camp Gäste war klein. Es konnte sich auch jeder gegen Gebühr hier einmieten. Strand war schön aber 2 Wochen würde ich dort nicht verbringen.

We had the best time of our lives, my husband and I were married on the beach front around family. Serenity Glamping provided a unique stay with a great staff. Concierge, Alex, at the front goes above and beyond! Cleaning staff left us a different romantic bed art each night. We enjoyed our complimentary coffee and hot breakfast! This was a great add, many hotels in the area don’t include so your trip can cost a lot more if you don’t watch for this. It’s a quiet place on a quiet beach that felt safe for families and also more locals around. The beach club access to the lounge cars was a great luxury compared to some hotels on Tulum beach.

Serenity Eco Luxury Tented Camp. Luxury ist nicht gleich Luxus das gibt es dort nähmlich nicht. Unter Luxus verstehe ich etwas anderes. Strand der zum Resort gehört ist über eine Straße erreichbar. Strand ist sehr klein und es kann sich jeder gegen Gebühr dort Einmieten. Ich war knappe 2 Tage dort am Ende unserer Rundreise in Mexiko. Das geht gerade, länger würde ich dort nicht buchen. Restaurant und Getränge am Strand und im Resort sehr hochpreisig. Ein Bier Inländisches ca. € 4,50, ein Dinner mit 2 Gertänken ca. € 25,00 bis € 35,00 Portionen sind klein.

Affreux. J’ai attendu 1 heure montre en main pour un diner dégoûtant. Le padthai etait mauvais et le mahi mahi fish une horreur. Je suis effarée d’une telle restauration. Le manager a enlevé un plat de mon addition mais franchement je ne dînerai plus jamais ici
