An absolute gem of a hotel with incredible facilities. We came for a wedding at the chapel, but the entire grounds felt like a paradise. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the service was efficient and friendly. Cannot recommend this place enough if you are looking for a bit of luxury in Cuernavaca.

Sinceramente iba un poco preocupada porque había leído malas reseñas, pero en mi particular caso, no tuve ningún inconveniente con el check in, mi habitación limpia, pude hacer uso de las instalaciones sin problema alguno, los alimentos muy ricos y me sirvieron rápido, el servicio muy bueno. La verdad me gustó mucho el lugar como edificio y como experiencia. Si tuviera que mencionar un área de oportunidad, es que si se tardaron un poco en traernos el postre y que nos querían cobrar una piña colada en la alberca, que no habíamos pedido, fue incómodo. Por todo lo demás, me pareció súper. Yo si lo recomiendo.

Fui a comer con mi familia y a conocer la Exhacienda. El lugar es bellísimo pero la atención y comida en restaurante no corresponde al precio. Había pocas mesas y tardaban mucho en llevarnos las cosas. Lo único que me gustó ahí fue el postre pero lo demás no corresponde al precio que se paga.

Muy decepcionada , no regresaría. Bajamos hoy a desayunar a las 9:30 , una hora y veinte después no nos habían traído ni siquiera la fruta. Solo decían: ya viene y nunca llegó, de plano nos dijeron que todavía iban a tardar mucho. PÉSIMO. Todos son muy amables pero el servicio también en alberca mega lento. Tienen muchos detalles que no deberían tener para un “Hotel 5 estrellas”. Definitivamente no regresaría

Todo muy bien con la estancia, solo dos observaciones: 1.- Servicio lento en restaurante para recibir los alimentos y 2.- En la sección Rio, empezaron a trabajar haciendo ruido con martillos/ mazos desde temprano, buscábamos descansar un poco más y no fue posible.

Un lugar muy bonito para descansar dentro de un lugar con mucha historia y lo mejor es que tienen muchos árboles y áreas verdes. El detalle de los columpios en los árboles es muy divertido. La iluminación es preciosa así como el sonido del agua de las fuentes. Muy recomendable

El hotel es viejo y aunque a muchas personas les podrá parecer normal que por el lugar haya cucarachas, considero que no es lo normal que haya tantas y dentro de los cuartos. En mi estadía me encontré cucarachas en mi cuarto, eso si subían inmediatamente a matarlas y a fumigar (con Raid), la regadera aparte de baja presión la coladera tiene un sistema, que me imagino es para evitar salgan cucarachas, pero que impide el desagüe fluido del agua entonces te bañas en un charco. También hay muchísimos murciélagos y en la noche llegar a tu habitación por los pasillos se vuelve una odisea por los murciélagos. Los cuartos son grandes y el AC pequeño entonces es muy difícil enfriar la habitación. Lo bueno, es muy seguro (dejaba mi laptop en el cuarto todo el día) y tienen un starbucks cerca de recepción.
