攜程上預訂成功的房間 到了説沒有 還非要辯稱沒接訂單 後來被迫換了低規格的蒙古包 攜程處理妥善也算滿意 希望店家以後能多一份契約精神

摩旅去的 出了一個蒙古包啥也沒有… 不過風景是真的很好

店家默認規則： 1.房間開了門不給鑰匙，想要鑰匙需要到前台主動要，並且要有按金 2.店家説餐廳就餐需要強制點「敬酒」服務，不管吃啥 3.不問的話，房間裏是默認有熱水壺沒有杯子；有淋雨裝置沒有任何洗漱用具，牙刷，浴液，毛巾通通沒有。跟店家溝通，據説是顧客都會自己帶，所以不主動提供，攜程中的店家訊息也沒寫不提供洗漱用具。後來店家説有一次性的，可以給拿，反正到退房我也沒看到我，也不知道這一次性的是否收費。 4.蒙古包有蚊蟲可以理解，大家睡覺之前要看看被窩裡有沒有蟲子。另外被子可能是因為下雨返潮，可以理解，一股臭腳丫子味。

大家千萬別來這，真幾把坑，臭**吧枱，一點服務沒有！！垃圾商家

酒店位置很好，在大草原內，空氣清新。但酒店設施和服務有負這樣好的環境，且房價奇高，是我這次內蒙之旅最高價格。房間內沒有坐椅子，問服務員，回答説是蒙古人是坐地上，真的無語。還有衞生間沒有熱水器，衹有一個快速加熱器，水温忽冷忽熱，極不穩定，根本不能洗澡，真奇葩。對設施有要求的朋友慎選。

Needless to say, the environment is great. We live in the grassland and sleep under the stars at night. The yurts are relatively simple and have basic facilities, so those who don’t have too high requirements are fine. The food is reasonably priced and the lamb chops are super large and delicious. You can also dance around the bonfire at night, with the stars and moon in the sky, without the pollution of city lights, and being so close to the cattle, sheep, grassland, heaven and earth, it feels great. It must be experienced at least once in this life.
