Yuntai Mountain is completely under the jurisdiction of the Henan Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism. Check-in registration for foreigners must be in full compliance with the requirements of the Henan Provincial Public Security Department. If your passport entry stamp is not complete, we need to inquire and report to the public security, which is a waste of time. It was not the central heating time when you made the reservation. The temperature was minus 11 degrees on the night of check-in. You came at night, and the air-conditioning heating cannot reach 30 degrees immediately. I added a quilt to you at that time. After the air conditioner temperature came up, you said it was too hot and took off the extra quilt. We apologize again for the bad experience I brought you during your stay.
