二樓N年前樓上掉下來的內衣襪子不能清理掉嗎？雙人間的牙杯牙刷為什麼要放一模一樣的？怎麼辨認？用餐那地方真是驚人的小，早餐沒到9點，就很多東西沒有了，沒有就沒有，至少要添吧？工作人員看着後來的客人吃不上早餐，一句話也沒有，真是醉了，像個提線木偶人一樣！還有那個瘦一點的前台，化粧化到一半上班的嗎？嘴脣都用粉底抹白了，太嚇人了！短頭髮前台看到別人早餐吃不上，冷冷的一句話沒有，我看到客人喊她，她問幹什麼，別人叫她清理咖啡機，她眼裡是一點活都看不到。還有就是所有的房間都是朝着街上的，噪音特別大！體驗感太差了。

新開不久，設施設備衞生環境不錯，有免費停車場，還有兩個充電樁。
淋浴間缺乏置物架，洗澡時衣服浴巾沒地方放。
應對高峯能力不足，八點時候去吃早餐，什麼都沒有了，連筷子都沒有了。
