在這家酒店住了半個多月，前前後後花了兩千多了，大多前台人員都很不錯，保潔阿姨也很客氣負責，唯獨一個女性前台人員服務態度極其不好，每次溝通起來極其費勁，説話也跟欠她百八十萬一樣，自己在那裡腦補別人難為她，好好跟她溝通問題，她自己在那裡難為客户，溝通態度極其不好。7天這連鎖牌子如果都是這樣的服務人員，那乾脆關門吧。希望酒店老闆對待部分人員抓下服務態度培訓提升工作。

舒適整潔：“酒店的房間非常舒適，床鋪柔軟，床墊的支撐力很好，睡了一整晚都沒有腰痠背痛的感覺。房間的衞生也很乾凈，一塵不染，讓我住得很安心。”
