Our family of 5 people had a great experience to stay at this hotel. We booked two rooms of our stay. The rooms are specious and comfortable. The location is great. Their service was excellent. Everyone who works at the hotel is nice,polite and friendly. They also have free transportation service to the airport and it is very convenient and helpful. I will definitely come back again in the future. Besides, the price of the hotel is very reasonable. It is a great value for the price. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to stay near the airport. You will have a comfortable stay and pleasant experience.

Very good experience. Bring a baby over 1 year old to check in. Helped to carry the luggage to the room. Also took the initiative to bring bed guards, tents and plush toys. It was inconvenient to bring a child to eat supper. Huihui at the front desk even specially delivered it to the room and brought extra tissues and wet wipes. When leaving the hotel, she also specially asked to bring snacks for the baby. It was really heartwarming. Star hotel is very reassuring in all aspects. I will choose to stay here again when I go to Xinzheng

First time staying here, great experience. Tracy, the front desk manager, was very considerate. She took care of the check-in procedures and recommended some nearby restaurants. She also upgraded the room type and moved directly into the suite. I am very grateful. The room was very clean and the service staff was very enthusiastic. There are TVs in the living room and bedroom, and the internet is also very good. Highly recommended~

Still a good hotel, very clean, very quiet and very comfortable! At about 10 o'clock in the evening, I had dinner (nighting night) at the Chinese restaurant on the sixth floor. There was even a chef and waiter service. I ordered a bowl of noodles and a fried bag and a plate of hotel-made cucumber cold dishes. The taste was good. 👍

Room rates are affordable yet room amenities are superb 👌 friendly and accommodating staffs from front desk, hskp, restaurant and driver 👌 What I didn't expect? 1. Early check-in without fees (usually kasi in Pinas may fees for early check-in and late check-out. I arrived 2 hrs earlier tanong ko kaagad sa front desk if I can check-in early ang sagot Keyi👌 without additional fees 2. Airport Pickup and Drop Off for Free 3. Clean, comfy and spacious room. Ofc, very tahimik ( I didn't feel winter inside napaka warm) 4. Lahat automatic like switch, 🚽 etc (expected sa China) 5. I only paid it for only 163rmb (around 1,300 php very good deals right? Kala ko just a very normal rooms but it was beyond my expectations 6. Breakfast for only 16rmb unli buffet (around 125php sulit na sulit ) 7. There's a gym inside, nearby supermarkets, near the airport and more.... I leave a thank you letter in my room upon checking out for my friend. Dunno if the hotel staff will contact the person, I just wanted to surprise him since I'm returning back to my country today. I'll definitely comeback in Zhengzhou and will stay again at Shi Hang Hotel 👌

The room facilities are a bit outdated, but the room is spacious and the stay experience is good. The key is that the price is cheap.

Near the airport. Taxi to hotel on lately night is about 25 yuan. (The hotel has shuttle bus service but my flight is delayed) Room is ok with full amenities. The staff can not speak English but can communicate via translate machine. Breakfast is so so. Price is reasonable.

The hotel is 1.5 kilometers from the airport, the first choice to catch the plane, as well as free shuttle service. Is the hotel front desk Xiao Li and Wang Fei small sister for me to check in, very skilled, but also very fast, but also free upgrade of the good room, and help make an appointment for the next day wake-up service and delivery service, and then the little sister also brought me to the room, very intimate to tell me the room wifi password, the hotel on the first floor has a restaurant, breakfast, lunch and dinner, negative first floor there is a free gym and laundry The facilities in the room are very perfect, the room is also very large, and the living is very comfortable [Yeah!]

服務非常滿意！視野超級好！然後華美達的床品一如既往舒服～就衝著大床來的，帶的娃，三個人睡2米的大床非常合適，一點都不擠。然後地段也很不錯，機場過來交通便利，周邊吃的也好多，酒店附近還有兩所大學，西亞斯學校、鄭州技術學院，逛着回酒店挺近的，晚上還有夜宵、水果。超滿足！!還有補充一下👇，這家華美達酒店的大床躺着真的很舒服，強推～👍👍👍

We arrived at Zhengzhou airport very late, midnight.. they pick us up and prepare some porridge that we can eat after we arrived at the hotel. We appreciates it!
