1.我在app上定的大床房，之後飛機起飛。女朋友先到的酒店，《被酒店告知是我定的雙床房》，給開了一間雙床房。
2.女朋友到了房間之後發現《房間內有壁虎》，又給換到另一間雙床房。
3.我到酒店與前台理論要求換回大床房，前台給出的解釋為：“一開始開的大床房，因為有壁虎所以換到的雙床房。”實際情況為《一開始就是雙床房，又給換到了雙床房。》
4.在與前台理論期間，前台多次説是我女朋友同意更換為雙床房。期間我正好在飛機上，女朋友聯繫不上我，沒有底氣與酒店爭論，所以被迫同意更換為雙床，但是被前台多次提出是我們“同意更換”。
5.酒店承認給我們開錯房間。我要求更換為大床，酒店説大床房已經滿房。指出“我們之前已經同意更換，酒店才更換為雙床。”如果需要大床，需要《我自己補齊與套房差價》。
6.酒店理虧，給我們説要《把別人的大床房“騰出來一間給我們”。》我問前台：“什麼叫騰出來一間給我們。”前台説：“別人定的大床，但是人還沒到，所以騰出來給我們。”那我一開始定的難道不是大床嗎？
7.酒店《洗澡水忽冷忽熱》。
8.經過和前台的理論之後，前台將我們房間更換為《尾房》大床房。且在睡眠中兩次房間內全部燈打開，且電視機也開始播放。對此酒店衹給出解釋《“電工檢修”。除此之外沒有一句道歉和解釋。》
9.本人攜程鑽石會員，**黑金會員。此條評論為本人第一條差評。不會刪除，也不會接受酒店之後的道歉。酒店也不要聯繫我們刪除差評。如果《酒店聯繫我們我會反饋給平台客服。》
