I arrived shortly after midnight. The lobby was dimmed and there was only one staff at the front desk.
During the short stay to check in, i already witnessed a few guests approaching her for help in various in-room issues; not to mention the phone kept ringing. A guest commented no one picked up his call therefore he had to walk the long journey to the lobby. My check-in was hence interrupted a few times. She simply couldn't coped.
All these reflected that both the hotel is dated (the interior decor too could tell) and not appropriately staffed.
Walking from the lobby to the room were far, (again) quite dimmed & warm. The room i was in was spacious and there was a wardrobe; but there was an out of place cloth rack in the middle of the room...... kind of weird!

I arrived at two or three o'clock and picked up the airport in about five or six minutes after just one phone call. It is still a Buick GL8 Business pick-up and drop-off, with elevator, worth recommending

Hygiene: Very clean, not inferior to star hotels. The mattress in the room is very soft and very comfortable to sleep on. Will come again next time.
Facilities: Everything is available, including disposable supplies. Environment: The location is better. The room I stayed in can see Shuanghe Lake and the musical fountain in summer.

The service was exceptional: they helped with my luggage, and when I realized I didn't bring a charger, there was a free one available in the room. The location is super convenient, close to everything, and only 1.5 km from the airport. There's also a convenience store right downstairs. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town!
